Our luxuriously-furnished 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house comfortably sleeps 8 (+ 2 sofa bed, + baby cot), is equipped with all usual modern amenities and has a large private heated pool (approximate size 28'x 14').We are situated just 10 minutes from Disney World and 20 minutes from Universal Studios in the quiet, gated community of Sanctuary at Westhaven (No.78 on the Orlando Villas map).We have two double and two twin bedrooms, plus a sofa bed, bringing the maximum occupancy to 10. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in closets, shower, whirlpool jacuzzi-style bath and ‘his and hers’ washbasins. The second double bedroom has its own bathroom; the two twin-bedded rooms (one Disney-themed for the kids) share a third bathroom. The house is very suitable for children with kids' books, toys and games provided. We also provide a booster chair and two buggies/strollers free of charge. The pool area has a covered lanai, a swing seat, pool chairs and recliners and tables for al fresco dining.
