Tropical Dream Villa is a luxurious, fully air conditioned, totally no-smoking villa, located on Esprit, at the sought-after Davenport end of the 192, at the junction of the 27. It is away from the crowds at Kissimmee, yet only 25 minutes from Orlando International Airport, and just over an hour to the beautiful Gulf Coast Beaches, or the stunning Atlantic beaches. Ideally situated on a quiet, pleasant and delightful residential development, it offers a safe and friendly environment. Smaller than some of the vast, impersonal estates, it has a variety of beautiful individually designed houses, and wide tree-lined roads. The estate is now completed, so you will not find yourself vacationing on a building site. It is truly one of the high spots of renting a villa - no vying for the best loungers, no noisy families dominating the pool area, no trying to find an inch of space. If you want to swim, then go ahead, it's all yours. And if you want to lie on an inflatable, then so be it. If you simply want to soak up the sunshine there is no-one to stop you - and nobody to take your lounger if you leave it for a moment! Or maybe you would like to relax in the shade with a good book - choose something from our extensive library, pour a glass of cool Florida orange juice, pull up a lounger and read away. But we know you will find it hard to keep out of our fabulous extra large, 30 x 15 pool. And even harder to leave it behind! It is amongst the largest you can find. Fully enclosed to keep the bugs out, but allowing the sunshine in, the pool is large enough for the whole family to enjoy. Specially designed for us to provide enough room for a proper swim, it can be accessed by mosaic tiled steps. If you can't swim in the waters of the Caribbean, then our pool comes a close second. Privacy is ensured as we have no other pools beside us to overlook our fabulous pool, and a privacy wall, with landscaping, to the rear. You will be glad you chose a villa without the noise and disruption which can occur when surrounded by pool enclosures on all sides, often less than 6 feet away! The large, sunny extended pool deck is furnished with luxury padded pool furniture, comprising table, chairs and sunbeds. Everything is provided for your comfort and relaxation We even provide an ample supply of pool towels for your use at the villa, as well as pool inflatables to keep the children occupied! Of course, optional pool heating is available, and there is a solar pool cover - essential to help maintain the temperature in the cooler months. With its Disney decorated furniture, pictures and colourful drapes, the children will love it. Mickey and Minnie are waiting to greet them on the comfortable twin beds, and on the bedside cabinet is a Mickey Mouse alarm clock and radio, just in case the children need waking up in the morning! A new Mickey Mouse cable TV with DVD player completes the picture. Take a walk down here and see the sunlight shimmering across the water, you will want to rest awhile, maybe sit and watch the wildlife, or perhaps read a book, or simply dream....An attractive boardwalk leads down to the boating and fishing ramp, on the shores of the beautiful Lake Davenport. It is a tranquil place to picnic, or simply immerse yourself in a good book. If you like fishing, then this is truly the place to be - the lake is full of fish which will eagerly take your bait -bluefins abound, and are easy to catch. Even the children will become successful fishermen here, and we supply the rods so all you need is a tin of Spam or some bait, cheaply available at our nearby Walmart!Just a short short walk from our villa will bring you to the COMMUNITY AREA, where there is plenty of car parking, as well as a large COMMUNAL SWIMMING POOL with cabana, changing rooms, PICNIC AREA, TENNIS and BASKETBALL.
