Child friendly executive 5 bedroom /4 bathroom (king & queen en-suite) villa with side lake view and fully equipped games room.

POOL/DECK AREA
Our huge (60ft x 30ft) south facing (all day sun - even in winter!) deck and pool area is one of the largest on the estate giving loads of room for sunbathing or just chilling out beside our 30ft x 15ft upgraded pool with 6 seater jacuzzi and fibre optic colour changing light show

The deck has a lake view and is furnished with sumptuous padded loungers, chairs and a glider.

We have provided a lanai (covered porch) with a soft play area for the little ones. Dine al fresco under the lanai on a designer label tiled top table and 6 chairs. There is also another table and 4 chairs.

For safety of children and non-swimmers there is safety fence which can be rolled back if not required.

We even provide pool towels!!

FREE use of gas BBQ.

GAMES ROOM
Keep the fun going after you leave the parks in our luxuriously furnished and fully equipped games room.

PS2 & games, pool table, air hockey, table tennis and football tables, cable TV, DVD & VCR also a selection of books, videos, DVDs, popular board games and children's toys.

FAMILY ROOM
The tiled family room is light and airy and overlooks with access to the pool/deck area and is furnished with leather sofas and chair with ottoman, occasional tables, 42" LCD TV with home theatre and surround sound complete with an iPod docking station.

Tiled dining room for those more special occasions.

BEDROOMS

Master Suite #1 has a sumptuous KING size bed with luxury bedding. Matching armoire and dresser, 2 huge marble top nightstands with velvet lined jewellery drawers. 26" LCD TV and DVD.
The tiled floor en-suite bathroom includes a double shower, roman bath and his and hers wash basins. Huge walk in closet


Master Suite #2 has an elegant KING size bed with luxury bedding. Matching dresser with mirror and nightstands. Walk in closet. LCD TV. Tiled floor en-suite shower room.

Master Suite #3 has a QUEEN size bed with matching tallboy and nightstands. Cable TV. Walk in closet. The en-suite bathroom has a tiled floor,wc, washbasin and bath with overhead shower.

Bedroom #4 has a KING size bed with matching dresser with mirror and nightstands. Walk in closet and cable TV.

Bedroom #5 is a fun TWIN room with matching chest and nightstand. Walk in closet. Cable TV.

4th bathroom serves bedrooms 4 & 5. Tiled floor and bath with overhead shower, large mirror and washbasin.

Ample towels and bed linen are provided free of charge and the house is cleaned between lets.


KITCHEN & LAUNDRY
For your convenience there is a full sized washing machine and tumble drier, full size ironing board and steam iron - allowing you to cut down on the amount of clothes you bring leaving room in your cases for the wonderful bargains on offer in the shopping malls!

The tiled kitchen has a breakfast area, dishwasher, waste disposal, fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, kettle, full size cooker and lots of gadgets beside - especially the essential corkscrew!


Free use of baby equipment - 2 cots (cribs), bedding, changing mat, pushchairs (stroller), 3 safety gates, highchair, play gym, booster seat, bed guard and baby monitors. HUGE selection of baby and toddler books and toys (including Disney ride-on, mega blocks, Fisher Price push along to name but a few!)

Located off Highway 27 approximately 2 miles south of the western end of Highway 192. 5 minutes from Interstate 4 (motorway) which gives easy access to both east and west coasts and all theme parks and attractions.

We stayed at Villa Raymar over the winter holidays X-Mas-New Year and had everythign we could possibly need. We were three families 6 adults and, 4 kids and, had enough space for our own space and, privacy if we needed or get into party mode if we wanted.

The kids had a blast. The kittchen was fullly equipped, the pool clean, and the house had everything from a laundry to cleaning supplies.

Most attractions were within driving distance and, we ended up staying at the villa more than going out.

We would definately go back.

Hampton Lakes is a very quite and safe neighborhood and the Villa has a great view of the lake with a huge private pool. We loved the Jacuzzi, especially after a long day at the parks. We enjoyed the open floor plan with the very elegant and comfortable furniture. Our kids stayed busy in the game room and pool when we were home. "The location is very good for all the large Orlando parks and easy access to the Gulf coast. The villa is fully equipped with everything that you could want, what ever the weather. Our Grandaughter could not believe the amount of toys and puzzles etc. The adults are not left out with a good selection of books, videos etc. A lot of time was spent on the large pool surround with good shade when required and in the pool. The area is barely overlooked and has a very open view out across the lake. We all enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend anyone going to the area to choose Villa Raymar, you will not be disappointed. All contact was made via e-mail with Janice who responded promptly and could not have been more helpful. Directions to find and access the Villa were sent a few weeks before our holiday. The owners have thought of everything! You won’t want for anything. This time we were delighted to make good use of the cooler and took water out with us which was amazing after the parks.

And the pool area! We have been to Orlando many many times and this is the first villa we have gone back to. The pool is the biggest we have had and the pool area is huge.
