No need for you to collect keys from an office after a long journey!!! You will receive your code for the entrance door electronic key-pad. The villa is also security alarmed for your benefit (as well as ours).
The ever-inviting pool is not over-looked and has an extended pool deck, a covered lanai with ceiling fan. Luxury patio furniture includes sunloungers, recliners with footstools as well as table and chairs for outside dining.

The second master has a queen size bed and walk-in closet.

*.TWIN BEDROOMS. Your children's delight. Both are theme decorated. Mickey,s Magic Mansion is delightfully adorned and even has a Mickey TV. Scooby's Doghouse is ideal for your older ones. Both have walk-in closets. The Seaworld bathroom is adjacent. The kids will adore them!!

*.LOUNGE/FAMILY ROOM. Take it easy and relax. Read a book from our selection of light-reading books, Florida history or Things to Do books. Watch the multi-channel TV, listen to a CD from a selection of Classical to Rock or have a family challenge with one of the board games. You also have a DVD/Video. Spacious and homely with entrance to pool deck via patio doors. It has a large corner sofa unit new in 2005 (not as in current photos).

*.KITCHEN/DINING. The kitchen has everything you need for the Gourmet. Range with ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, waste disposal, blender, toaster, coffee-maker and an electic kettle.
The dining area comfortably seats 8 persons and is separated from the kitchen by the breakfast bar. Everything close at hand. Patio doors lead to the covered lanai and pool deck from the dining room.

This is our 20th. visit to USA and 6th. to Florida. Never have we had such superior accommodation and we have stayed in some very nice places in the past. The location for Central Florida is ideal - close enough but far enough away to allow a peaceful vacation. The price for accommodation is superb value for money. From first contact to return of our security deposit you have done everything in first class order.
