Pooh Corner Villa is an over large 4 bedroomed pool home with sun soaked pool on a large corner plot. It can comfortably accommodate 8 people, plus a small child. This property is on two floors, with two lounge and dining areas, open plan kitchen, queen master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and additional toilet downstairs. There are three bedrooms (two are queen rooms ) and bathroom upstairs. The double garage houses a teenagers games den with pool table, table tennis,foosball (table ball) huge checkers and cd player We also have fibre optic lighting around the pool and in Winnie's room that goes through 5 colour changes for that magic effect.
Two families will have no trouble holidaying together at Pooh Corner as the design of this rental home has one of the largest living areas. The huge lounge comprises of two seating areas and two dining areas with a large open plan and well equipped kitchen to the side.It is decorated in true Floridian style and many areas have been recently refurbished.It was re-carpeted throughout in October 2005 with new ceramic tiled floors to key areas.You can relax and listen to music on the CD/Radio music centre in the formal area (shown) or enjoy watching one of the many programmes on the new large multi channel tv set with cable tv with over 70 channels in the family area. The provision of a VCR means you can record your favourite shows while you are at the parks. There is also a good selection of Disney videos for you and your children to enjoy. We also included a Playstation and games in 2003-which has also proved to be a popular feature.The refurbished family lounge overlooks the swimming pool complete with new pool furinture. Our superb Angel Bear Master Suite with new queen sized bed is spacious, airy, light and cool - thanks to the cathedral vaulted ceilings and air conditioning. Again the bedroom is beautifully decorated with lots of storage space comprising dressing table, bedside cabinets, mirrored wardrobes and walk in wardrobes. There is an additional Multi channel TV set in this room. The ensuite bathroom comes complete with towels, double vanity units, wc, bath and separate shower cubicle. There is also a lockable security box in the storage cupboard. Our second queen bedroom is newly decorated and refurbished along the style of an American Country Garden theme it also has a multi channel tv in that room.Our beautiful fourth bedroom has a nostalgia theme. Decorated in the style of Rhett and Scarlett and is full of that old fashioned southern charm with pretty little touches to make your stay more memorable.Now with new updated queen sized bed. Open the door to Winnie's Room and your childs Disney experience will have already begun. Be sure to follow them upstairs to see the delight on their faces. Winnie, Tigger and all the characters from the 100 Acre Wood will be waiting there to welcome them and to share their toys,games and books. A unique double bed bunk means that three children can share the room in comfort although rumour has it that it is equally as popular with adults! Our latest feature is the fibre optic starlight ceiling which as it changes colour lulls over excited little people to sleep.This bedroom has a tv/video combined (not connected as a tv) so they can watch Disney videos or play on the playstation without interference from adults.You can enjoy an early morning dip in our large, heated ), and fibre optic lit screened pool, which is in sunshine for most of the day. A pool blanket is provided to keep the heat in when you have finished your swim for the night. Chill out as the day heats up with a cool drink while watching your children splash about, enjoying the pool inflatables. The depth of the pool increases gradually from 3ft to 6ft and an alarm on the patio door ensures your children cannot wander out unsupervised. There has been a new fence erected around two sides of the pool and with the provision of Florida Glass (not real glass)in the bottom third of the pool screen-it means the pool is quite private(not shown in the pictures).OR-you can soak up the sun in our brand new for 2008 Hot Tub. How better to warm up in comfort as the day cools down.Teenagers are well catered for with our all american teen den . Teens can play a game of pool thanks to the latest addition of a pool table, table tennis, foosball and checkers and listen to THEIR music on a cd/radio. No bored teen agers on this holiday!Younger guests are also catered for with the free loan of baby equipment including cot, high chair, safety gate etcAs the sun sets on Pooh Corner Villa, the fibre optic lighting creates a relaxing ambience as it transforms the pool with a gentle glow, changing from lilac to pink, yellow, green and silver. Unlike some other communities, Lindfields places no restrictions on evening pool use so your Disney Day can continue well into the evening.Pooh Corner Villa is a very popular rental home and availability is getting scarce for 2007.
