THE VILLASituated on a quarter acre lot, with floor space of over 2000 square feet, Sarnia is our luxurious and spacious Floridian home from home. Containing four bedrooms and three bathroom and being fully air conditioned, our villa is comfortably furnished for a maximum of 10 guests. It is tastefully decorated throughout in traditional Floridian style with an abundance of decorative greenery.Living SpaceBeyond the large, fully tiled entrance area you find yourself in the spacious main living area which has a high vaulted cathedral ceiling with a large paddle fan and ample seating Access to the lanai and pool is via large triple sliding doors. Cable television, DVD and a hi-fi system have been installed. Videos/DVDs may be rented from local stores.The modern fully fitted open plan kitchen has high ceilings and plants cascading from the high wall recesses. The kitchen contains an American style fridge freezer, full sized oven and hob with extractor fan, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. Adjoining the kitchen is a breakfast nook containing a table and four chairs overlooking the swimming pool. The property also has a formal dining area overlooking the attractive front garden.Between the integral double garage and the kitchen is a utility room containing sink, automatic washing machine and tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, broom and dustpan and brush.The home is well equipped with ample bed linen, towels (you only need bring your beach towels), flannels, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils..Master BedroomThe master bedroom is a delight! It has a pool view and has been furnished with a king sized four poster bed and attractive light wooden furniture. This bedroom has cable television with DVD, its own ceiling paddle fan and the added benefit of access to the pool/lanai area.Leading directly from the master bedroom is the large en suite bathroom. This fully tiled room features a double shower cubicle, large corner bath (also large enough for two!), 'his' and 'hers' basins with plenty of storage underneath and vanity mirrors and Hollywood style spotlights above. The WC is located in a separate room off the bathroom for added privacy. A large walk in wardrobe is accessed from the en-suite. A hairdryer and hair straighteners are also supplied.Bedroom 2The second bedroom has been furnished with a queen sized bed and light wooden furniture. It has cable television with TV/DVD combi, its own ceiling paddle fan and radio alarm. The second bathroom is conveniently situated next door and contains bath with shower, basin with storage underneath, vanity mirror and Hollywood style spotlights above and WC. A second hair dryer is supplied.Bedroom 3This bedroom is a twin bedded room and is ideal for children as it is decorated in a Disney theme. It also contains a TV and radio alarm. This bedroom is also next door to the second bathroom.Bedroom 4The fourth bedroom is a double room and has an adjacent bathroom containing bath with shower, basin with storage underneath, vanity mirror with Hollywood style spotlights above and WC. The bedroom contains a TV/DVD combi and a radio alarm. This area of the villa is separated from the main living area by a lobby with sliding door giving the occupants of this bedroom and bathroom complete privacy from the rest of the property. Access to the pool and lanai area is reached from the lobby area.Additional Sleeping FacilitiesIn addition, part of the leather suite in the lounge converts to a sleeper enabling the villa to comfortably sleep 10 guests.All bedrooms have ample storage facilities with plenty of spare linen. All towels and flannels are provided for use in the villa including a supply of white towels for the pool area. Please remember to bring your beach towels for the theme parks and beach visits though!Five televisions have been installed, one in the Lounge (with DVD and VCR), three TV/DVD combi units (in the master, bedroom two and bedroom four) and a TV in bedroom here. All have been set up to receive independent Cable Television – different channels can be viewed simultaneously. DVDs and videos may be hired from local stores. Swimming PoolThe oversized swimming pool (30’ x 15’) and deck area is at the rear of the property which faces south and therefore benefits from the sun throughout the day. The pool is totally private and not overlooked by neighbours either to the side or behind. The pool has easy to negotiate steps, underwater lighting, integral seating, a double fountain feature and is not overlooked by the neighbours. Electric pool heating is available if required or if you feel it necessary (e.g. during the winter months). The large covered lanai and deck area is equipped with luxury deep padded "Palm Casual" pool furniture (poolside tables, chairs, sun loungers and footstools). The paddle fan/light feature situated in the lanai means you can escape the sun during the hottest part of the day but also relax in the evening. Underwater lighting adds a relaxing ambience to evening bathing - what better way to unwind after a long day exploring the theme parks! The pool deck area is totally screened in fine mesh to let the sun in and keep the insects out and is surrounded by tropical planting.Access to the pool is from the main living area, the master bedroom and bedroom 4. We provide non-breakable crockery and glasses for use when dining al fresco.Garden AreaThe garden areas front and back contain lush lawn areas together with tropical planting and fruit trees. Our lemon tree produces the most amazing fruit which you are welcome to help yourself to. They make the perfect addition to a welcome drink at the end of a busy day!Peace of MindFor your total peace of mind the property has a monitored fire alarm, fire extinguisher, fire blanket, silent monitored security system, emergency lighting, smoke detectors and first aid kit.Sarnia is a non-smoking and pet free home. For those guests wishing to smoke we ask that you do so outside.Alarms are fitted to all doors which allow access to the pool.The keys to the villa will be available in a lockbox situated at the property which enables you to travel directly to the villa without having to stop off and collect the keys. The lockbox code will be provided in your final instructions.Local friendly and professional management company should you have any questions. The villa is fully registered and licensed with the Florida State Tourist Authority.The Community of Doral WoodsDoral Woods is a beautiful exclusive development situated just south of Kissimmee, and only 20 minutes from the main gates of Disney, and around an hour from the miles and miles of beautiful beaches at St. Petersburg or Daytona. Doral Woods is a small development of less than 250 homes surrounded by green belt zones. The complex itself contains a floodlit tennis court, a sparkling community pool and a peaceful setting to add to your recreation, relaxation and peace of mind.The villa is around 25 minutes from Orlando International airport, 60 minutes from Sanford airport and only 10 minutes from the many and varied shops, restaurants and supermarkets in Poinciana and Kissimmee. Just 5 minutes to Horse World Riding Stables where you can ride western style on 750 acres of beautiful sandy trails. About 15 minutes to Southport where you can take an airboat ride on Lake Tohopekaliga (or Toho for short!) and see Floridian wildlife including the alligators! The Poinciana Nature study centre is 5 minutes away and offers trails winding through natural swampland offering beautiful views out on to a lake. The Disney Wilderness Preserve with its hiking trails, tractor rides and opportunities for learning about and spotting wildlife can be found at Poinciana just 10 minutes away. There are also many golfing and fishing opportunities in the area.OTHER SERVICESWe are also able to arrange additional facilities and options. Please ask for more details should you be interested: -Welcome Pack – To save having to immediately go shopping after a long journey, we can provide a Welcome Pack consisting of eggs, bacon, bread, butter, breakfast cereal, orange juice, milk, coffee, tea, sugar, jam, fresh fruit and cola. The cost of this is £25.00/$50.00. Custom foodpacks are also available at cost price plus $15 service fee.Airport Pick Up - We can arrange for you to be met at the airport and either taken to the villa or to your rental car company for an escort service to the villa. The cost per Airport Pick Up is £35.00/$70.00 from Orlando International Airport (before 11pm) £45.00/$90.00 (after 11pm). From Sanford Airport the cost per pick up is £55.00/$110.00. Golf - There are numerous 18-hole golf courses within a 45-minute drive of the villa, including many famous courses that have hosted major championships. Horse riding, Boating and Fishing are also available nearby.
