Spoil yourself in our beautifully furnished air- conditioned vacation home built on a very large and not overlooked plot. Ceiling fans have been installed in every room for your comfort. There are two Living Rooms and a seperate Formal Dining Area, as well as a Breakfast Nook overlooking the Pool Area. Outside there is a covered Lanai, with Ceiling Fan, Patio Tables and chairs and padded sunloungers, a bbq is supplied for your use Also. The pool is a massive 30ft X 15ft with Jacuzzi which is lovely to unwind and relax after a hard day shopping or after the Parks. If you are feeling more energetic we have a Games Area with a Pool Table, Air-Hockey, Table Tennis and a selection of board games, Books, DVD's and CD's all all there for your pleasure too.
All Towels Including Pool Towels and Linens are provided and we have a keyless Entry system so you dont have to drive miles out of your way to pick up keys.

The Willows villa is located within easy access to Disney (15 mins) and all the attractions, Supermarkets are closeby as are numerous restaurants on US192. The Villa is in the tranquil setting of Crescent Lakes and is near to the award winning Reef Creek Nature Preserve. It is very spacious and comfortably accommodates 10 people, it had beautiful upgraded furniture with ceiling fans and TVs (with Cable)in all bedrooms.

Family Room/5th Bedroom is situated at the front of the villa and has 2 Comfortable Sofas, one which converts to kings size bed - Cable TV, Playstation 2 with plenty of Games to suit everyone, DVD Player with a selection of Movies and books, this room also has a Ceiling Fan for your comfort.

Dining room - Formal Table & chairs - Patio Door to Lanai and Pool Area - PC with internet access is also in this Room.

Kitchen - Fully equipped with Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Garbage Waste Disposal, Fridge/Freezer with ice-maker, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Blender and there is a comprehensive range of cooking utensils, china, cutlery, everything you will need to cook up a simple or more formal meal. There is a kitchen nook area that has a table and chairs overlooking the pool area.

Seperate Laundry Room with Washing Machine and Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board Provided.

Games Area - with full size Table Tennis, Pool/Billiards Table, Electronic Darts and games/jigsaws to entertain all the family.

The very large pool is 30ft and there is also a Jacuzzi for you to relax, this area is fully screened and has an exceptionally large deck area with Sun Loungers and beautiful patio furniture for you to dine al fresco, considered by some to be the favourite part of the house. We have installed a safety fence around the pool that can be removed if not required. **Also all doors to the Pool Area are alarmed for your children's safety**.

Our Villa is very child friendly with a range of equipment including a stroller, high chair and travel cot/playpen provided free of charge.

We would ask you to note that a no smoking and no pet policy is adopted inside, but you are welcome to smoke out on the lanai.
We also have a Key Pad Entry, so no need to remember keys or drive miles out of your way to collect them when you arrive.

Spa Heat only (per week) £35/ $75 p.w.
It is advisable to use this during the months Oct - March.

Stays of less than 7 days will incur a cleaning charge.

A reservation deposit of $250/£150 is required to reverve your dates and is non-refundable. THE FULL BALANCE IS PAYABLE NO LATER THAN 8 WEEKS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE.
