Our villa is finished to a very high level with ceramic floor and wall tiles in all wet areas and luxury furniture throughout.We use the villa a great deal ourselves, usually 3 or 4 times a year and ensure it is kept in immaculate condition. Painting and re-decoration is done regularly to keep our home fresh and inviting.The villa comprises the following living areas and features:Bedroom 1:US King size bed with ensuite bath, walk in shower, twin basins and separate WC. Massive walk in closet. Cable TV. Door to pool area.Bedroom 2:US Queen size bed with ensuite bathroom. Cable TV. Large closet.Bedrooms 3 and 4:Twin rooms with a third bathroom between them. Closets are provided in each bedroom.Living RoomThe large family room is fully equipped with cable TV, DVD, Video and sofa-bed for larger groups. A CD / Radio stereo system is also provided. Soft lighting and luxurious furnishings make this a great place to relax in the evenings. We provide a selection of books as well as card and board games.KitchenFully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances including microwave oven, large range with conventional oven and dishwasher. The breakfast nook is ideal for casual dining. There is also a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.Dining RoomThe separate dining area means you can enjoy a more formal meal-time if you wish. This is ideal for larger groups, or if you want a change from eating out.Heated Pool with Large covered lanaiOur west facing pool is 14 ft x 28ft with an exended pool-deck which catches the sun from around 8:00am during the Winter. This allows the pool to be enjoyed all day long and the sunsets are truly spectacular. A fine mesh cage covers the entire pool area allowing the Florida sunshine in whilst keeping the bugs and pests out. Luxury pool loungers and chairs are provided and there is also a gas BBQ available for all the budding chefs out there! Best of all, the area is not overlooked from the rear - the villas in the next community behind ours are some 90 feet away. This allows fabulous views from the pool area and a real sense of space.The large covered lanai provides some shade from the Florida sun when desired. Pool heating is optional although we recommend it from October to April. A pool child alarm system is installed which monitors every doorway to the pool area. Games roomMy personal favourite! If you're a big kid like me, you'll love the Pro-quality games we have in the games room. There's Air-hockey, Foosball and Table Tennis should you fancy some alternative entertainment at home! Great for family tournaments!Central Air ConditioningThe entire villa is centrally air-conditioned to ensure a comfortable living and sleeping environment even at the height of summer.Telephone with free local, national & international callsIncoming calls are also accepted allowing friends and family back home to easily keep in touch.PC with free broadband Internet access.Keep in touch by email or check the them park web sites for opening times or directions. You can also connect using your own wireless laptop if you prefer.SafeA safe is available should you require it, in the villa for a small rental fee (payable direct to our management company).Local Professional Management CompanyWe employ the services of a local management company to look after you during your stay. They are very friendly and helpful, and their offices are close to the villa. We use a lock box system for keys which means you can travel direct to the villa and let yourselves in. This way it doesn't matter what time you arrive.
