FANTASTIC villa 3 BED 3 bath DOUBLE KING MASTER with a Lake View, Games room and pool bath.
Everything you could possibly want for a memorable vacation.
Our villa is only 10 minutes drive from Disney, 20 from Sea World and 30 minutes from Universal
Orlando Airport 45 minutes Tampa 1 hour.
This villa has the added advantage of an air conditioned garage set out as a second seating area/playroom/games room and has foosball and air hockey with extra TV for use with the playstation. It has an open plan kitchen and large bedrooms.
There is a large 30 by 14 foot luxury private screened pool with a separate spa on the deck for your added enjoyment.
The villa backs onto a lake where fishing is possible.
It is within close/walking distance of Wal-Mart and a comprehensive shopping plaza featuring a post office, bank, dry cleaners, hair dressers, dentist and take away/delivery pizza.
Newly built Restaurants and takeaways are right at the entrance to the community. Great for those late nights or stay at home days.
Our upgraded villa has not only 3 beautiful bedrooms it has a bathroom for each bedroom.
The villa is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans in all rooms.
It has 5 TVs, one in each bedroom, a VCR & DVD. There is a cordless phone with answer machine plus a second phone. The phone allows for free US and Canadian calls.
The villa has a dishwasher, refrigerator, cooker and microwave, including all the usual assortment of cooking utensils needed in a kitchen. Plus an automatic electric kettle.
Clocks and mirrors in all the bedrooms.
The 1st luxury King master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom suitable for disabled guests with access to the pool area.
The 2nd luxury King Master bed room has an en-suite bathroom and seating.
The twin bedded room is opposite the 3rd bathroom. This can be converted to a King bed if needed
The enormous living room overlooks the pool area with the lake beyond. It is open plan so watching TV from the kitchen is no problem.
There is a trundle bed available should there be an extra guest or a younger child needs to use a lower bed.
Computer with flat screen monitor and free high speed wireless internet.
We have added a PS2 and a selection of games with a 30" TV to play them on.
The dining area over looks the pool as well and seats 6 comfortably.
The kitchen is fully fitted with everything you could need from a pair of scissors to an electric kettle, blender, coffee maker and so the list goes on.
The garage has been carpeted and can be used as a separate seating area. It is fully air conditioned and we have added air hockey and foosball for your added enjoyment. There is now a TV so that the Playstation can be used in there.
The pool area overlooks a beautiful lake and has obscure netting on one side to shield you from seeing the neighbours. There are 3 loungers and a table with 4 chairs. Plastic table ware is provided for safe eating in the pool area.
A separate spa just adds to the luxury.
Free use of cot/crib, high chair and buggy/stroller
Free wireless internet access if you provide a laptop
All linen and towels are provided and there is a large washing machine and tumble dryer for your use.
We provide a pool blanket for those colder months to ensure a good pool temperature.
