Our beautiful Villa has its own private pool, an en suite master bedroom a further double bedroom with queen size bed and two further twin bedded rooms. It is fully furnished and equipped with all the comforts of home. All linen and towels are provided ( except pool towels). We have cable TV in the lounge and master bedroom. The lounge has a 32" LCD TV, DVD and VCR. The kitchen has all the appliances you could wish to make your stay as comfortable as possible.Located in Greater Groves one of central Florida's nicest developments just 15 minutes from the Disney attractions. This is an ideal location to enjoy your Florida family vacation.
Our home is situated on the Greater Groves development, a mature quiet and pleasant neighborhood just 15 minutes from Walt Disney World and only 25 minutes from all the other major attractions. It has recently been updated with new tile and carpets throughout. It has a spacious fully equipped Kitchen, with oven, hob fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher, in fact all the conveniences of home. After a hard day at the theme parks why not relax outside on the pool deck beside our lovely 30"x15" screened heated pool. The yard is fenced to the rear for privacy. Our home is air-conditioned and will sleep 8 comfortably in 2 double and 2 twin bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own en suite bathroom and there is a further family bathroom.Situated to the west of Walt Disney World our home is conveniently situated close to all attractions. Drive from our front door to Walt’s in less than 15 minutes and enjoy any one of the 4 Theme Parks and 2 water parks Disney offer. Sea World, Universal Studios and Island’s Of Adventure – Universals latest theme park are just 25 minutes drive. When you arrive Orlando International Airport is just 35 minutes away. Situated off the US27 highway 2 miles north of the US192 with its abundance of shops, restaurants and attractions. Close enough to be convenient but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet of central Florida. In fact the ideal location for your well earned vacation. Just opened is the new Walmart Superstore which is less than 5 minutes away.
