LOOKING FOR AN EXCELLENT VILLA IN THE BEST LOCATION TO ENJOY ALL THE ORLANDO ATTRACTIONS?
If so, our elegantly well-equipped 3 bedroom pool is just what you are after - situated on the most centrally located community, not just for Disney but for Universal, SeaWorld, International Drive, shopping outlets and the airports. How many can boast a WalMart, shops and bars within walking distance, a shopping outlet on the doorstep, over 50 eateries within a five minute drive AND the ability to be in the carpark of Epcot, SeaWorld and Downtown Disney within ten minutes?

LIVING – The spacious vaulted living room contains a four-piece suite (including loveseat and double sofa bed) and an entertainment centre incorporating: a huge 46” cable television with free HBO movies and premium cable TV, DVD-VCR player (with DVD library), Nintendo Wii and CD hi-fi.
COOKING & DINING - The fully equipped kitchen contains all you need from a holiday home and more - including: range, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle as well as crockery, cutlery, glassware, utensils and pans. Enjoy mealtimes either at the nook overlooking the pool or at the more formal dining table set for six. Alternatively, eat al-fresco poolside using our healthy electric BBQ grill.
POOL - After a hectic visit to a theme park, relax on the luxury padded outdoor furniture by the fully screened pool, enjoy our “read and swap” assortment of books or challenge the family to a board game from our fun selection. Sun-lovers will enjoy our extended sunbathing patio which is outside of the pool screen for maximum rays. Alternatively, stay out of the sun whilst still enjoying the peaceful surroundings under our covered lanai. For added privacy around the pool, our yard is fenced and no other properties back onto the rear.
SLEEPING - The master bedroom has a luxury pillow-top king-size bed, en-suite shower/WC, large walk-in closet and cable television. There are two further bedrooms – one queen pillow-top and one twin – with a second bathroom containing a low-level bath/shower. All three bedrooms contain lots of closet and drawer space for that holiday wardrobe.
ADDITIONAL FACILITIES - includes fully monitored security system, wireless high-speed Internet, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, cordless telephones (free local calls and cheap calls to the UK, USA & Canada), clock radios, hairdryers, washing machine, tumble dryer, cot, highchair, stroller, ample spare linen/towels and all safety features as required by Florida law. Full maid service is provided between lets. These are all available at no extra charge!
INDIAN WELLS - Situated just to the east of Walt Disney World and just south of International Drive, there are no communities that can compete with this fantastic central position. Although it is only ½ mile north of the US192 with its shops, bars and restaurants, Indian Wells still retains the peacefulness of a quiet residential estate. For shopaholics, Indian Wells is opposite the Lake Buena Vista factory outlets and only 5 minutes from the Premium outlets.
There are excellent community facilities including a swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball and baseball courts, park, lake, fishing dock, children’s play area, picnic benches and even exercise equipment! Both the community pool and tennis courts are keyed for use only by residents and guests staying at Indian Wells. Also, we can provide tennis racquets or fishing rods - so no excuses!
The choices for eating out are exceptional! There are over 50 eateries within a five minute drive of Indian Wells covering all tastes and budgets. We are happy to provide recommendations.
For getting around, most of the major roads in the area converge within an easy distance of Indian Wells, and even better, there are some “back-door” routes into attractions such as Disney and SeaWorld – great for avoiding traffic jams and queues.
