This spacious villa is larger than some 4 bed / 3 bath villas and has been built on a premium plot which backs onto an orange grove (instead of other properties) and the pool and spa areas face South Westerly capturing the Florida sunshine from early morning until dusk. There are 2,037 sq ft of air conditioned living space and an extensive external covered area and lanai. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 living rooms, all furnished to an extraordinarily high standard, thus providing a luxury environment in which to relax.BEDROOMSThe Master Bedroom accommodates a beautiful King size sliegh bed,computer with internt and cable TV. There is a lovely view through the patio doors to the superb 30ft X 15ft pool and patio area. There are large his and hers walk in closets, leading to the exquisite en-suite bathroom with a large corner shower, bathtub, two separate handbasins and w.c.The second Master bedroom has a Queen Size bed,cable TV and the view from the window is onto the Orange Grove. It also has its own en-suite bathroom and large closet.There are two further twin bedrooms each accommodating two single beds one with a play station 2and both have cable TV. These rooms have a shared bathroom.DINING AREASThe formal dining room is an ideal place to enjoy your evening after your visits to the parks and attractions of Orlando.There may be times when you will prefer to use one of the two less formal areas to eat. There is the nook furnished with table and chairs, which has another set of patio doors leading to the pool area and finally there is the large lanai which is also equipped with table and chairs.FAMILY ROOM The spacious family room is great for spending time with the family. There are views through the third set of patio doors onto the pool and patio area. You will find all of the comforts of home available for your use including a HBO TV a stereo system and a Play Station 2.LIVING ROOMIt is the perfect place to relax. We all had a fantastic holiday, your villa was absolutely beautiful and it felt like home from home. The kids loved the swimming pool and it was so relaxing to sit in the spa at the end of the day with a glass of chilled white wine! We hope to return in 2009 when the Harry Potter park opens at Universal, so will probably be in touch this time next year with a view to rebooking. It was close to the activities, like Disney and shopping. We would certainly recommend your Villa to anyone, and we will tell some of our friends back here in Canada. It was a well deserve break from the long winters and lots of snowfall here in Northern New Brunswick. While we were away, our home town was hit by 4 snow storms totalling well over 100 cm, and to date this winter, we have received over 15.5 ft of snow and there is more coming this weekend.
