Our breathtakingly huge 7 bedroom 4 bathroom (2 En-suite) vacation rental home is one of the largest in the Orlando area and has 2 bedrooms downstairs and a further 5 bedrooms upstairs, a fully stocked games room to provide hours of quality entertainment for the whole family, a 72" High Def TV in the downstairs sitting room with Home Theatre, 60" TV upstairs and TVs in all the bedrooms, a high spec laptop with free Wi-Fi high speed cable Internet access (22Mbit), an al fresco BBQ area with gas BBQ, free unlimited long distance and International phone calls and many other included bonus features such as the use of walkie-talkies with 6 mile range, a portable DVD player and complimentary pre-programmed GPS Sat Nav for use in your rental car, together with 2 mobile / cell phones offering free calls to one another, so you can always keep in touch with your family and friends. Whether you choose to kick back and relax by the oversized (30 x 17 foot) south facing swimming pool, or enjoy supervising your little ones in their very own bespoke children’s pool (maximum overall depth 1 foot), you can be assured of total privacy, as our pool and spa areas are not overlooked from any direction. Both pools and spa have optional heating.

The Pool Area

We went to vast expense to ensure that our south facing, genuinely private pool and relaxing spa area was the very best that money could buy. With no neighbours directly overlooking you, the family can truly relax and enjoy all of our fabulous outdoor features and amenities whilst topping up that golden Florida suntan!

Optional pool heating for the main pool, spa and children’s pool can be requested during the cooler off peak months and swimming can be extended into the night time hours with the use of underwater color changing LED lighting. A pool safety fence is provided for your optional use, and ensures young children can not get to the pool if they go outside unattended through the patio doors. This can easily be removed if you do not have any young children in your group.

The Games Room / Entertainment

For your delight and entertainment, our Games Room features the ever popular Table Football (foosball), super fast Air Hockey and classic American Pool, together with a great selection of family board games to suit all ages.

Other entertainment throughout the house includes a massive 72" hi tech, high def TV in the downstairs lounge room with home theatre, 60" TV in the upstairs living room, TV’s in all bedrooms, DVD & video players with a massive library of DVD movies, two PS2 consoles with a selection of games, Nintendo DS console with games, Nintendo Wii console with games, stereo system, a wi-fi enabled laptop and our fabulous outdoor pool and spa facilities.

Bedrooms

Sleeping up to 16 guests, our 7 bedrooms are immaculately maintained and furnished to ensure that everyone has the most peaceful nights sleep.

Featuring two complete master suites with king size beds, all together there are 3 King beds, 1 Queen Bed, and 3 twin bedrooms.

A large sofa bed in the downstairs living area quickly converts to comfortably sleep two guests.

Living Areas

The main living room is open plan to the dining room and kitchen, and offers plenty of comfortable seating. At over 20 feet high, this is a wonderfully cool room in the summer months and has 2 large patio doors overlooking the pool area to the rear of the house. A massive 72" wide screen allows you to watch one of the many DVD movies we provide or to watch cable TV (including high-def on-demand movies for an extra fee), or to play on the Nintendo Wii for family fun.

Upstairs is a second living room with TV and Playstation 2. This is ideal if you have a large group and need extra space to spread out.

The Kitchen

Not everybody likes to eat out for every meal so we have equipped the kitchen with all the appliances and utensils you could wish for to enable you to prepare any type of meal, whether a full Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner or just a light snack. All the major appliances are stainless steel and includes a full height refrigerator with freezer and icemaker / water filter in the door, oven and hob, microwave, dish washer, toaster, blender, mixer, pots and pans and plenty of silverware and utensils.

The kitchen includes a breakfast bar with bar stools with 2 dining rooms to the side. Off the kitchen is the laundry room with full laundry facilities (washer, dryer, iron, ironing board).

We aim to make payment as easy as possible. We take credit / debit card, US check or UK cheque.

There is an additional charge of $22 / £14 per day should you require pool heating. Minimum one week and usually only required during the winter months.

Once you decide to stay in our house you will be required to pay $150 / £100 per week deposit / down payment to secure your requested dates. The balance will be due 5 weeks prior to your vacation.

A security deposit of $250 / £200 is payable with your balance and refundable after your stay.

Be sure to give an indication of the dates of your vacation as this helps villa owners tailor their response to your requirements.
