Our beautiful villa is conveniently located in a small, quiet exclusive gated community called Sunset Lakes. This “premier location”, with up market executive villas nestled around two private lakes, is truly just 3 miles from Walt Disney World. Its proximity to Disney World makes it very convenient to return to your villa mid-afternoon for a swim or siesta before returning to the theme parks/shopping in the evenings. This beautiful property overlooks the larger of the two lakes from the south facing pool area and master bedroom balcony. For those who prefer the open air by the pool, the specially extended patio is the place to be. To whole south facing patio, is enclosed by a screen to let the sunshine in and keep out any insects. Swim or simply bask in and around the pool to the sound of water splashing from the fountain. At night, the colour change lighting, in the pool and fountain, provides a wonderful backdrop for alfresco dining or winding down after a full day.

We are fully licensed for 12 guests, insured and professionally managed giving you complete peace of mind.
