Awesome Brand New Town House. Three Bedrooms and two Baths, There is a TV in the Living Room and All 3 Bedrooms. There is a VCR & DVD Player. There is a Great Clubhouse With a Fitness Center And A Olympic Size Heated Communal pool. There is also a new game room in the club house to entertain your children or adults when they are not playing basketball or tennis. There is free wirless internet provide in the club house and pool area.
Venetian Bay is just a short distance for Rte 192 and the Osceola Parkway which will bring you right into the Disney gates.

Our spacious three bedroom, two bathroom town house villa is situated in a delightful American Cabana setting, complete with walking streets, white picket fences and nature walks. Our villa is tastefully furnished throughout and has every essential you could possibly need for your vacation.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and it's very own large bathroom with a jetted tub. It also has a large TV and VCR. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, a TV and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds and a TV. There are a total of 4 TVs which are located in each bedroom and living room. All bed linen and towels are provided along with, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster. There is even a hair dryer in each bathroom and a collection of board games for all ages.
Venetian Bay Villages is a unique gated community. This is Florida vacation living at its finest, within seven miles of the entrance of Disney and easy reach of all other Florida major attractions. Ideally situated just off the 192 highway and half a mile from the Super-Walmart. There is also a great route to Disney by the Osceola Parkway which goes right into Disney.
Venetian Bay Villages has a fully equiped fitness center, a basketball court, clay tennis courts. There is also a game room that has a ping pong table, pool table and video games. Opening soon will be a sundry shop you you will be able to pick up your essentials.
