Welcome to Serengeti Villa. Our beautiful home has been tastefully furnished and themed to offer a vacation home from home, where you can relax and wind-down after a hectic day at the theme parks or soak up the sunshine by your own private pool. Children and adults alike will enjoy a cooling dip in the sparkling waters of our pool, which catches the sun’s rays all day long, whichever season it happens to be. With the addition of a fence around the landscaped back garden, you can enjoy the pool area in complete privacy. So why not sink into the padded pool furniture or perhaps pour a long drink and sit back in our bubbling jacuzzi/spa to enjoy the setting sun in the distance. As day turns to evening, you can take it easy on the pool deck and listen to the sound of the crickets, switch on the multi-coloured underwater pool lighting and just “chill-out”. We have even installed a one-twist timer on the pool deck for simple operation of the spa by our guests. Just twist to the required time and wait - the valves (and heat, if booked) are automatically switched to spa and it will bubble away to your heart's content, and switch itself off once the desired time has elapsed.

For that peaceful retreat at the end of a hectic day, you can snuggle down in the Safari Suite – our master bedroom - and enjoy sweet dreams on our enormously comfortable and luxurious King Size bed. Not tired yet? Then you could always watch the 31" cable TV or DVD till your eyelids start to droop. There is plenty of room in the large walk-in closet for all the clothes you have brought with you, as well as the bargains you will find if you get the chance to indulge in a little ‘retail therapy’. There is also a small digital safe to store your valuables, plus an en-suite master bath with separate walk-in shower. A hairdryer is provided in each of the bathrooms. Keep in touch with the bush telegraph with the cordless telephone by the bed.
Our African Queen bedroom has a Queen bed and cable TV and DVD Player, and ample closet space, and is next to the second bathroom. No need to rely on the Jungle Drums to wake you in the morning, as all bedrooms have radio alarm clocks. Too excited to sleep? Then wind down playing an assortment of games on the Nintendo Gamecube.
Simba’s Room, our third bedroom, has twin beds with cable TV and a Playstation 2 with games (for lioncubs big and small!) - which doubles as a DVD player - and has ample closet space.
The hallway leads into the comfy Colonial Room which is the ideal place for snatching a few moments to snuggle down on the new sofa or chair to lose yourself in that book you have been meaning to read for ages (there are lots of paperbacks supplied in our home if you forget to bring your own). Or perhaps use the PC to check out local restaurants, Disney opening hours, special events etc. If you are feeling a little more energetic, try battling with other members of your tribe on our newly installed Wii console complete with games, 2 remotes and nunchucks
Then on to the Observation Lounge where you can indulge in a spot of ‘Big Game’ watching on our 42” HDTV and turn up the sound on the home cinema system or maybe watch one of the many DVD’s that are provided for our guests. There is also a portable radio/CD Player if you fancy listening to music, with a cross-section of music CDs to choose from.
You can feed the family pack in the dining area which is handsomely furnished to seat six with views through the sliding patio doors of the pool and oasis - the patio doors are fitted with an audible child safety alarm for the young ones’ security.
Whether you want to roast a hog, or just serve up a take-away, our large Kitchen area should have everything you need, including a full size stove with ceramic hob, eye-level microwave, large fridge/freezer with water dispenser and ice maker, garbage disposal, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and senseo coffee machine, blender, kettle and George Foreman Grill. There is also a kitchen island for casual dining. We provide ample cutlery, flatware, crockery, glassware and pans, as well as outdoor unbreakable crockery for al fresco dining. We have added a telephone with answerphone facility in the kitchen area so that our guests don't have to miss any calls from friends or tribe.
We have added a ‘Lioncubs Play Area’/Games Room in our garage with two-player basketball, pool tabl, air hockey and American football 2 minute drill. Just keep a lookout for Cheetahs!!
For our guests’ convenience, all linens and towels are provided (including pool towels). For our younger guests, we also have a portable cot (travel type), stroller (pushchair) and highchair.
In case you need to travel light and want to freshen your clothes, there is a separate Laundry Room, which houses the full size washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
If you are in the mood, we have provided a selection of card games/board games (eg Monopoly, Triominoes) and Lego etc for guests.
Please note, smoking is not permitted within the villa. No pets or wildlife allowed.

Pool/Spa heating by request: £100/$175 per week
A deposit of £150/$240 per week is required plus a completed booking form to secure a booking. The balance is payable 10 weeks before departure, plus a returnable security deposit of £150/$240. If the booking is made within 10 weeks of departure the full amount is payable immediately.
