As if that wasn't enough Hampton Lakes offer free on-site facilities for guests, including tennis, basketball, beach volleyball, chldrens play area, all less than 100 yards from our home. Ideal for those who wish for a bit more activity.
The area is changing constantly, there are now several major shops, supermarkets, restaurants etc. in the nearby vicinity but still manages to keep it's feeling of peace amidst all the attractions.

Hampton Lakes is one of the areas most prestigious communities, with it's ideal location in the "golden triangle" of Hway 192, Hway 27 and the I4.
It's wonderful community facilities (free for use by our guests, mean even a day away from the hustle and bustle doesn't mean a day of "I'm bored!"

The villa is single storey and, so, is easily accessible for those with restricted mobility. The size of the property and the layout make it ideal for two families to share with comfort.

The door is operated by a security code and alarm system, which will be given to you before you leave, so there's no driving around to find the keyholder when you arrive. Knowing your address and telephone number prior to your holiday means you can leave contact details with those you wish. There is also an answerphone so you dont have to wait around for messages. Of course, you dont HAVE to tell anybody where you're going if you dont want.

The family room contains a cable t.v., video recorder and hi-fi system should you need to relax after a busy time in the parks or at the shops. The queen size sofa bed or rollaway beds can be used if required to increase the sleeping capacity of the villa from 8-10 persons. There is also a telephone (local calls are at present free), so if you don't wish to cook, you can call one of the local pizza/chinese or other restaurants nearby who deliver free.
The Pc with wireless broadband net access is located off the family room so as not to disturb your tv viewing.

Should you wish to cater for yourselves, the fully fitted kitchen has everything you need for your holiday, including stove, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice-maker, dishwasher, waste disposal, and of course all crockery, utensils etc. are provided. Even better you can cook outdoors on the grill provided (on a separate area - to keep it safe from the youngsters. The laundry room has a separate washer and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

For more formal dining there is a dining area which overlooks the pool area.

The master bedroom overlooks the pool area and is served by an en-suite bathroom which contains a bath/shower. Hairdryers are provided in both bathrooms. All bed/bath linen is included.

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and also contains a t.v., dvd player and clock/radio. A ceiling fan assists with the circulation of warm or cool air as required.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and is fitted with a ceiling fan. The room also contains a tv and dvd player as well as Playstation games console.
The computer is centrally located to the side of the family room for convenient use by all members of the party.

All bedrooms contain a fitted wardrobe and drawer storage.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 contain twin beds and both have tv/dvd players to watch a movie or play music. Bedroom 4 is themed for our younger guests but we provide alternative bedding for those "too old or cool" for Winnie the Pooh.
At the end (or even the beginning) of a busy day, what better way to indulge yourself than in your own pool, which can be heated by arrangement, or relax on the luxurious poolside loungers. A table and chairs are provided and as the patio area is fully screened, to keep out any flying insects, you can sit out and enjoy the long, hot summer evenings. The poolside is served by a separate cabana bathroom, with poolside shower head, which comes in very handy if you've small children who need the bathroom "NOW"! And when you've finished your swim you can rinse off the harmful chlorine and sit back in the sun to dry till its time for your next adventure.

The open aspect to the South and West of the pool area means you can make the most of the Florida sunshine all day.
