Just a short hop to those world famous theme parks, yet situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty, surrounded by conservation, we guarantee that you will simply fall in love with our home from the moment you set foot across the door.

Ideal for relaxing after a busy day of park hopping, or the perfect place to enjoy all of the great “home from home” facilities that we provide for your enjoyment, you will never be short of things to do when you stay as our guests at Palm House.

Ideally suited for smaller family groups or couples (we have accommodated many happy honeymooners!), Palm House is sleek and contemporary throughout and has a fresh modern feel to its design and décor.

Fully air conditioned and with the added benefit of ceiling fans in all living areas and bedrooms, we can pretty much state that we are one of the coolest places to stay in the whole of Florida!

At just under 2000 sq feet, you will never be cramped in our exceptionally spacious two storey home ~ we actually have two lounges and two dining areas ~ and with the added benefit of large tiled areas and chic vertical blinds, you can be assured that the indoor temperature will always be a comfy contrast to the glorious Florida sunshine waiting for you outside.

Pool, Spa & Deck :

Without exception the feature of our home which always gets the biggest “wow” from our guests are the simply glorious panoramic lake views from our recently extended pool deck. With almost 1000 sq feet of luxury outdoor living space, all fully enclosed inside a weatherproof pool cage, especially designed to keep out any troublesome bugs, you will spend many a happy hour with your family and friends be it soaking up the sun in the sumptuous deep padded furniture, splashing about in the crystal clear waters of the pool, kicking back in the sensational 6 person hot tub or simply indulging in a little al fresco dining.

And if the urge to cook should strike, we provide you with the famous George Foreman outdoor BBQ grill, which seems to make whatever you cook, no matter how humble, into the tastiest meal ever.

In addition, for your added privacy we have tropical landscaping and planting to avoid you being overlooked by other properties, and you will be delighted to know that all pool doors are alarmed for the safety of your little ones.

We just love our pool deck and outdoor leisure facilities, and after the fantastic feedback we’ve received from previous guests, we know that you will too.

Games Room :

Vacations are all about fun. About doing the stuff that you don’t do the rest of the year… So how cool to have your very own Games Room right in your own luxury villa ?

Fully equipped with a spectacular pool table, foosball (table soccer) and air hockey, you will certainly be spoilt for choice when it comes to enjoying yourselves ~ and for those who just wish to relax and spectate, we have provided a really comfy sofa so you can cheer on the kids (big and small !) from the sidelines

Lounge & Dining Area :

This beautifully relaxing room has been designed with both comfort and entertainment in mind, and features two stunningly luxurious brown leather sofas, a glass top coffee table, side tables with gorgeous matching lamps, an unbelievable 57 inch top of the line, “all whistles and bells” TV and DVD player, together with a Sony home theatre surround sound system with iPod dock.

Adjacent, you will discover a large glass top dining table with high backed padded chairs (seating six) which creates a fabulously convivial place in which to kick back and enjoy a great family meal. Leading from this area are large sliding glass doors which give easy access to the stunning pool and deck area outside.

Family Room :

The second lounge area is the “family room”. Fully tiled to keep you cool, it features two beautifully comfortable cream coloured leather sofas, a wrought iron and earth tone tiled coffee table, ceiling fan, matching side table and lamp, together with tasteful decorative accents.

For your entertainment, we provide a 25” remote controlled cable TV, a fabulous PS2 games console and a CD/radio combo.

Beds & Baths :

Bedroom 1 : This striking room is our Master bedroom which features the very best in romantic King size four poster beds, a 31” remote controlled cable TV, a DVD player, alarm clock radio combo, and a private telephone.

En-Suite : Adjacent, is your very own stylish en suite bathroom, which features a large corner bath with “cool down” seat, a walk in stand alone shower cubicle, his ‘n’ hers vanity and a separate w.c. Tastefully designed and fitted, you will instantly feel reassured by the cleanliness and attention to detail which makes this bathroom so very welcoming.

Bedroom 2 : Again, stylishly dressed with quality linens, bedroom two boasts a fabulous Queen sized bed, two matching night stands with lamps, a remote controlled colour cable TV, a DVD player, a radio alarm combo and complimenting decorative accents.

Bedroom 3 : Featuring two magnificent wrought iron “sleigh” beds, bedroom three is yet another haven of tranquillity and features a shared night stand with table lamp, a remote controlled cable TV, a DVD player and a radio alarm combo.

Family Bathroom : To avoid those troublesome waits at “busy” times, our second family bathroom comes to the rescue with its stylish bath shower combo, single vanity unit and w.c.
So now the kids have no excuse for not washing behind their ears !

Kitchen & Nook : Always the “heart” of any house, the kitchen at Palm House is no exception and features everything you need to create a great family meal or a modest sandwich. Facilities include fridge / freezer, microwave oven, toaster, cooker / stove, waste disposal, coffee maker and a private telephone.

The nook dining area continues the earth tone themes of other furniture found throughout the house and features a beautiful tiled top wrought iron table, with matching padded chairs comfortably seating up to six guests.
