Our luxurious privately owned detached villa is situated within the beautiful and peaceful gated community of Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club. Located just 20 minutes from the Disney Parks this superb villa is the tropical retreat you are looking for, with spectacular views down the 4th fairway of this PGA Championship golf course, it is an idyllic place to stay for both golfers and non golfers alike. We are very proud of our home in the sun and have furnished our villa to the highest specification. We spend a great deal of time and money maintaining our home to this standard and have provided all the facilities you would expect, as well as many additional ones, to ensure your stay is as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. The large family room looks out directly onto the pool area through double patio doors. We have provided a computer with free high speed internet access for your convenience. For your relaxation you will find two large, comfortable sofas, a coffee table, two side tables with lamps, a 32" multi channel cabel television,a DVD player with a selection of DVD's, a C.D. player and a large ceiling fan. The spacious feeling in this room is enhanced by the high vaulted ceiling. There is a pool alarm fitted to the patio doors for your added security.Adjoining the family room is the dining area, furnished with a large extendible oak table which will seat 8 people with ease. Whilst enjoying your meal you can take in the lovely view of the pool and golf course beyond.From the dining area there is access to the fully equipped kitchen. Here you will find a large cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice maker, toaster and a kettle. All cooking utensils and crockery are provided for you. In the large double garage you will find a pool table, table tennis table, tennis raquets, numerous board games and a darts board. We have also provided a cot, highchair and baby stroller should you require them. Also provided for your convenience are a washing machine and tumble dryerThe master bedroom has en-suite facilities comprising of a large shower cubicle with sliding glass doors, toilet and wash basin. There is also access to the pool area from the en-suite bathroom. The bedroom itself has sliding patio doors also to the pool area and is very tastefully furnished. There is a large walk in closet, a queen sized bed, triple dresser with mirror, two bedside units with lamps, a 19" colour television, hairdryer, alarm clock and ceiling fan. The second master bedroom is also en-suite, having a bath with shower over and a sliding shower screen, a toilet and wash basin. Once again the room is tastefully furnished and comes complete with fitted wardrobes, queen sized bed, two bedside units with lamps. a 14" colour television, alarm clock and hairdryer. There are two further twin bedrooms, fully furnished with fitted wardrobes, two twin beds, a double dresser with mirror, 14" cable T.V. (one with playstation 2),alarm clock and hairdryer in each room. Both rooms have easy access to the third bathroom, which also has a bath with shower over, sliding shower screen, toilet and wash basin. Ample bedding and towels are provided for you, as well as pool towels for outside use.The 12' by 26' pool is south facing and surrounded by a large patio area complete with a large patio table, 6 chairs and a parasol, 4 sun beds and a BBQ. The pool has underwater lighting and pool heat is available if required. There is also access to the bathroom from the pool deck.Southern Dunes communal facilities include an 18 hole Championship Golf course, putting green, driving range, as well as a super clubhouse with licensed resturant and bar. There are also two well maintained tennis courts, 3 communual swimming pools, childrens playground, fishing lake and a small gym.
