Our luxurious 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa with private pool and spa is situated in the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf community, just a short drive from Disney. In a peaceful location set amongst pine trees and citrus groves, there is a children's play area, community pool, tennis court and a 72 par golf course with practice range, putting green, clubhouse and professional golf shop. These are some of our home’s features . 2 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms . 4 poster kingsize bed in 1st master and queensize bed in 2nd master. Pool table, cable tv in each bedroom, 52 inch LCD television, DVD, PS2, selection of films, books and games. Alarms on all doors to pool area and removable toddler safety screen . We would be thrilled to welcome you to our beautiful home in the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf community. We have 2 master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, making it ideal for two families to share and two further twin bedrooms which share the 3rd bathroom. All bedrooms have Cable TV, linen and plenty of wardrobe space, while the 2 master bedrooms also have radio alarm clocks. Towels and hairdryers are supplied for each bathroom. We now have a fabulous 4 poster kingsize bed in the 1st master suite and queensize bed in the 2nd master suite.After a hectic day why not unwind on our luxurious furniture in our very spacious family room, watching one of the many channels on our huge 52 inch cable television or choose a DVD from our selection of movies. Play one of our games on the Playstation 2 (more games are available to rent locally) or relax with one of our books or games. We have a Pool Table in the 2nd living room so you can play with the comfort of air conditioning. For those days when you just want to chill out by the pool have a dip in our fabulous 28ft pool or relax in the bubbling spa. There's comfortable patio furniture and plenty of room to soak up the sun on our extended deck which faces south so you can enjoy it right through the day, even in the winter. If the sun gets too much for you or your children we have a covered porch/lanai with ceiling fan for some welcome shade. We also have a removable toddler safety fence here to keep our younger guests safe from the pool. With a lovely view over the peaceful golf course and pool lighting to set the mood, why not enjoy some evening outdoor dining while you watch the glorious sunsets. For your comfort we have a mesh screen covering the area to keep those unwanted insects out. We have alarmed patio doors leading from the Master bedroom and Family Room to the pool area and the 2nd master ensuite has a door to the patio making it a very convenient poolside bathroom. Everything you may need for your holiday is provided in our fully equipped kitchen, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer with ice making facility, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery. In the laundry room which leads to the double garage, we have a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.When you're not eating out at one of the numerous restaurants the area has to offer, we have a formal dining room which seats 6 people in addition to the breakfast nook, seating 4, which looks out to the patio. There is air conditioning throughout our home together with ceiling fans in most rooms.There is no need for you to pack your children's stroller, highchair or crib as these are all provided free of charge. There is a telephone with free local and international calls. We also make no charge for the BBQ which you are welcome to use and a safe for your valuables.For the added security of your personal possessions we now have a monitored alarm system. Last of all, if you just can't bear to be out of touch while you're away from home, we have a hi-speed wireless internet connection. Whether its work or sending your messages back home to tell everyone what a wonderful time your having, take your laptop outside and relax in the sunshine at the side of the pool, your favourite drink in hand to cool you down.
