The villa is situated on Lindfields only 5 minutes from Disney (3-4 MILES!!!). It is a large 4 bedroom villa with 2200 sq ft under air conditioning. There are 2 large family rooms -one overlooking the pool/patio area - which has t.v. /dvd/video and the other has the C.D hi-fi - p.c. with internet and wifi. There is a formal dining room seating 6 and a kitchen nook area - overlooking the pool which seats four people. There is a fully fitted and comprehensively equipped kitchen - with fridge/cooker/dishwasher - blender/toaster/microwave - all ovenware/ crockery/cutlery/patioware/teatowels etc. For your convenience there is a utility room with washer and dryer - iron and ironing board. The garage has been done out with 7ft pool table/ glide hockey table/ mini basketball game a bar table and stools. The pool is large - approx 15ft by 30ft - southwest facing - with fab sunset views.
