Shoping in Florida - Orlando / Florida Guide

Florida Guide > Shopping

Shopping in Florida is a definite must even though just lately the dollar to pound is not as good as before bargains are still to be has at much better prices than in the UK. Below is some of the shopping places we like to visit on our trips to Florida.

Prime Outlet Mall

Prime outlet is the old Belts shopping area. It is situated at the far end of international drive.

Here you will find many designer stores selling good at reduced prices. The choice is outstanding here you have many top class brand names as well Tommy Hilfiger. Ralph Loren Polo. Guess, Calvin cline, Liz Claiborne, Coach, these are just a few but to be honest its a good days shopping you can also have lunch there, we like Kafe Kalik, but there are more to try.

Originally when this area was called Belts it consisted of several malls but now we think it is much better as you enter each shop from the outside.

Premium Outlet

Premium Outlet is slightly smaller than Prime outlets but still has many of the designer stores found in Prime outlet. Many people I have spoken to find it much better as it does not seem quite as busy but prices are the same. This is located on Vineland avenue, you can see it if you are o the I4 highway

They are open mon-sat 10am to 10pm sun 10am to 9pm so as you see plenty of time here to shop.

Mall at Millennia

This is a traditional mall with high-end designer stores such as Louis Vuitton, Bloomingdale’s, Macys, and Neiman Marcus. There are lots more of the usual ones live Victoria’s Secrets. Abercrombie and Fitch, Burberry, Hollister co to name but a few, if you do get over there then I highly recommend the cheesecake factory for lunch but be prepared for large portions and don’t for get dessert.

Mall at Millennia is situated on Conroy road and again can be seen from I4 Highway

Florida Mall

This is one of the original malls and again has lots of stores; it s said to have over 260 stores; some of the larger department stores are J. C. Penny, Sears. Macys, Dillards, but also has many other favorite stores, we always find this mall is popular with residents as well as tourists as many of our American friends do prefer this mall to others in the area and is situated on the Orange Blossom Trail opening times are

Mon to sat 10am to 9pm but Sunday many stores do not open until 12pm to 6 pm

This is just a few of the shopping malls we use on our trips to Florida I do hope you all enjoy the shopping but don’t forget you only have a limited baggage allowance.
