Acadia Estates is a very small development in the Formosa Gardens area of Kissimmee. There are just 32 pool homes on this exclusive subdivision, with properties ranging between five and seven bedrooms. The community is gated, with good street lighting and side walks throughout. It is in a wonderful location for all the attractions.
It is a 20 minute walk (two minute drive) to Formosa Gardens Boulevard along wide sidewalks. At the Boulevard you will find a wide range of shops and many popular restaurants including Outback Steakhouse, Carrabbas, TGI Fridays, Cracker Barrel and Red Lobster.
In addition to Outback and TGI, there are several local options for carry out including; Taco Bell, Subway, Giodarno’s Pizzeria, Taste of China, McDonalds and Burger King. There are also 3 Take Out companies who deliver to the Estate.
The Acadia Estates location is ideal with a 25 minute ride to Orlando MCO airport and Disney, less than 3 miles away. The nearest golf course is Mystic Dunes just 2 minutes away by car which, as well as being a course with an enviable reputation, also has a very relaxing restaurant. There are numerous other courses nearby.
Seaworld is 10 miles and Universal Studios is 15 miles.
