Ashley Manor is a small community of 24 homes of 3 to 5 bedrooms which are mainly short term rental homes. Located in a quiet, tranquil, idyllic and rural area on the Ronald Reagan Parkway (CR54), it is an ideal base for all that Central Florida offers.

Disney is a 15 minute drive. Seaworld, Universal and many other parks can be reached within 25 minutes. The 192 with its entertainment, shops and many restaurants is a simple 10 minute drive.

A convenience store and gas station is just 1500 feet. Nearby, 2 miles, is Champions Gate, home to Publix supermarket, shops, restaurants and is where you may find yourself standing alongside a famous pro golfer at the David Leadbetter golf academy on the driving range or on one of the two courses.

Exit 58 of the Interstate 4 is just 2 miles, Orlando International airport a simple drive of 25 minutes Sanford airport 45 minutes and Tampa 60 minutes. The silky sands of the Gulf coast are 90 minutes drive and the Sun Coast and Space Center 60 minutes.
