Venetian Bay Villages is just off the 192 Highway in Kissimmee, between marker 15 and 16, on Hoagland Avenue.

Although it is a new development, it has the quiet charm of an old community complete with walking streets, white picket fences and nature walks giving a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

It has a secure gated entrance and a clubhouse with large pool and spa with wrap-around sundeck and children's playground. It also has a fully equipped gym and guest lounge with large screen TV. On site there are tennis,
volleyball and basketball courts as well picnic areas.
