LOCATIONThis beautiful lakeside villa is set in a quiet community close to a conservation area. The small lake is very popular with locals and guests for fishing. It has easy access to the Walt Disney World resort with its many attractions. Also; close to Universal Orlando and Seaworld. There is horse riding nearby and many golf courses can be reached within a few minutes drive.7 minutes drive to supermarkets and many restaurants. There is also a new Wal-Mart at Poinciana; historic "Old town" on highway 192 is also ten minutes drive. Orlando airport is within 30 minutes drive. ACCOMODATION COMPRISESMaster Bedroom; Exceptionally large master suite with Queen size bed, T.V. telephone and clock radio, en-suite bathroom including separate W.C. two wash basins, full bath and shower. There is also a large walk-in closet off the bathroom, providing an excellent amount of storage space.If you have a party of 8 and would like two children to share the Master bedroom with their parents than there is space for a queen sized matress (inflatable) for the children to sleep on. Double bedroom and twin bedroom; 2nd bathroom is situated between the two bedrooms. Twin bedroom can be set out with child friendly bedlinen (seaside theme) or plainer adult bed covers. Bedrooms have ample storage space. All bedrooms have T.V.s the playstation (games provided) can be used in either the twin or double room.Kitchen; fully equipped including: Microwave/Large oven/Dishwasher/Fridge-Freezer, Coffee maker and toasterLarge lounge/Dining room with T.V; Combination Video and DVD player (a few DVD's/Videos provided, Radio and telephone. Lounge and kitchen flooring has been upgraded to tiles.Double Garage; Games roomwith Pool table, Foosball and Air hockey. Seating area and coffee table also. Ceiling fan for added comfort. The garage also houses; Washing Machine/Dryer/Iron and Ironing Board.Also supplied; Two Hairdryers, all bed linen and towels, Baby equipment; Cot and highchair; Included Free!The lovely south facing pool which has a great view overlooking a fishing lake is maintained regularly and can be heated in the cooler months if required. The pool deck area is furnished with table and comfortable chairs, umbrella, two comfortable loungers and coffee table.The community is patrolled for your security and there are several play areas for children.The property is managed by a local company, so they will be on hand to provide assistance if required during your stay.
