New for 2005; Luxury 3 bed/3 bath, private villa, with a South Facing Pool and Jacuzzi. The spacious master bedroom contains a King size bed and has a large master bathroom with his and hers washbasins, equipped a two person shower cubicle; for your clothes there is a large walk-in closet. The Master Bedroom also has direct access to the pool area for those Late night or early morning dips. The 2nd bedroom is also furnished to the same high standard with a Queen sized bed and a walk-in closet. The 3rd bedroom is equipped with full size twin beds and a closet; The whole villa is air-conditioned and beautifully furnished throughout. There are ceiling fans provided throughout the villa and outside under the covered lanai to add that gentle breeze if required. All rooms provide plenty of space for your belongings, and are decorated in a light Floridian style. All linens and towels are provided.The living area provides a place for you to relax in comfort, after an exciting day out and this is where you will find the 32" Cable T.V DVD and a video player. From here patio doors lead out to the pool & covered lanai area.As you would expect, the kitchen is fully equiped, from dishwasher to bottle opener, and includes everything that we think you could possibly need; just off the kitchen is the utility room with a Washer & Drier for your use. The nook contains the Breakfast table that features bay windows overlooking the pool and covered lanai. There is also a full sized dinning table and chairs in the family roomThe Pool area is South Facing with a large 26ftx14ft pool and 5 Seater Jacuzzi, complete with a tropical sun-deck, and a large covered lanai poolside so you can top up your tan, relax in the shade or dine el fresco in the warm evenings on the luxury patio furniture provided. There you can experience the outdoor lifestyle that Florida is known for. A Poolside bathroom and shower is also provided for your convenience. We have also provideded High Speed Wireless Internet and a PC, bring your own laptop to keep up with e-mail or send some pictures to friends back home.A fully equipped games room and a PlayStation/2 with some games; others can be rented from a local shop nearby.
