Our Villa on Cumbrian Lakes has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is fully air-conditioned and in a quiet area, only 10 minutes drive to the Disney World main entrance and 3 minutes from a Walmart mega store and the 192. All the main attractions such as MGM, Sea World and Universal Studios are within 30 minutes.Cumbrian Lakes is a gated community located off Poinciana Boulevard in Kissimmee. Within the community are several lakes which, with their scenic paths, are a perfect setting for the fit conscious or just for a quiet stroll. At certain times of year you may even be lucky enough to see our resident alligator!! There is a childrens play area which, being only two minutes walk away, offers something a bit different for that spare half an hour!! Our landscaped, screened south facing pool and hot-tub have lovely views over one of the lakes and beyond that to a conservation woodland. As the pool is not overlooked, you can enjoy relaxing and dining on the pool-deck, completely uninterrupted. The Master bedroom leads directly onto the pool-deck and benefits from a delightful en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and separate bath. There are two dressing rooms offering plenty of space for your belongings. The layout of the three further bedrooms (including our twinned Disney bedroom for the younger ones) makes our villa the perfect choice for two families travelling together.For your convenience we have installed highspeed "wireless" Broadband internet, as well as digital cable TV (offering a choice of 150 channels) and FREE telephone calls to the US and Canada.We have taken time to ensure that our villa is furnished to the highest standards with all necessary conveniences, whilst at the same time being a comfortable “home-from-home”. We pride ourselves on being family friendly, and offer you a quality holiday home which is real value for money.
This spacious villa has a large family lounge and dining area with Cable T.V., CD Player and comfortable Queen Sofa. Our beautiful dining table and chairs provides all you need for those more formal mealtimes. The patio doors open from the lounge onto the covered Lanai with large, insect screened, heated and landscaped pool and spa, with a complete range of comfortable pool furniture and views over the lake to the woodland. There is a selection of pool toys in the garage for your use. The pool-deck dining area ensures that you can make the most of the sun - enjoying breakfast, lunch or dinner outside whatever time of year. The open plan kitchen with breakfast bar has all the modern conveniences including dishwasher, built-in microwave, fridge freezer and gas cooker and an ample supply of crockery, glasses, cutlery etc. Here, a further dining area allows you to enjoy less formal dining, should you so desire. The washing machine and tumble dryer are conveniently placed in their own closet near the family bathroom, together with an iron and ironing board.The Master Bedroom has a queen-sized bed (UK king-size), luxurious en-suite bathroom and two walk-in dressing rooms. There are Patio Doors leading onto the pool deck and a television and DVD player (Region 1) for your enjoyment.The second bedroom is a full-size bed (UK double), and shares the ensuite bathroom with our twinned Disney bedroom. This makes the villa an ideal choice for 2 families planning to holiday together. Our Disney room has a TV/video, and there is a small selection of toys for our younger guests.The fourth bedroom is also a twin and is located next to the family bathroom. All bedrooms have ample closet space. If required the Sofa bed in the lounge sleeps 2 people.Towels and bedlinen are provided for your use. If required there is also a cot, high-chair and buggy which can be used FREE OF CHARGE.The villa is decorated and furnished to the highest standards for your comfort and to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
