It is away from the crowds at Kissimmee, yet only 25 minutes from Orlando International Airport, and just over an hour to the beautiful Gulf Coast Beaches, or the stunning Atlantic beaches. Ideally situated on a quiet, pleasant and delightful residential development, it offers a safe and friendly environment. Smaller than some of the vast, impersonal estates, it has a variety of beautiful individually designed houses, and wide tree-lined roads. The large, sunny extended pool deck is furnished with luxury padded pool furniture, comprising table, chairs and sunbeds. Everything is provided for your comfort and relaxation We even provide an ample supply of pool towels for your use at the villa, as well as pool inflatables to keep the children happy.And at night your pool turns into an enchanting place, floodlit from below, you won't be able to resist its delights. With its Disney pictures colourful drapes and a Mickey Mouse cable TV with DVD Player, your children will love it. Mickey and Minnie are waiting to greet them on the comfortable twin beds, and on the bedside cabinet is a Mickey Mouse alarm clock and radio, just in case the children need waking up in the morning! Pull open the doors of the double closet and you will find an veritable treasure trove of carefully chosen toys, games, puzzles and story tapes, all designed to keep the children amused, whilst YOU sit and relax in comfort. Of course there is Cable TV, with DVD, plus telephone, and a Sony clock radio. Elegant 'touch' lamps cast a romantic glow over the room - simply reach out and simple touch allows you to adjust the ambience to your preference. A vast walk-in closet will give you ample space for all your belongings - new and old - and a surfeit of hangers will ensure you have enough to hang everything up - even after you have been shopping. This spacious and wonderfully sunny room, which overlooks the front garden, has a comfortable double bed, nightstand, dresser, mirror, and large double closet, with plenty of space for all your belongings. Imagine yourself relaxing in our stunning Antigua bedroom, with its lilac shades reflecting the tropical blossoms that abound on this island - it is a peaceful and calm retreat at the end of a busy day. ALTERNATIVE ADULT DECOR - THE TROPICAL SUNRISE ROOM - TWIN BEDROOMShould your have mainly adults in your party, or should your children be too grown up for Princesses or Superheroes then we can transform the front twin bedroom into the Tropical Sunrise Room.With its more adult decor, this bright sunny room with vaulted ceiling has twin beds, nightstand, dresser, mirror and double closet. Here you will find an assortment of pool inflatables, and even some fishing rods for you to use down by our stunning 600 acre lake. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~FREE USE OF COMMUNITY FACILITIES~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Our home is built within an immaculate 9-Hole Executive Golf Course, which borders on the stunning 400 acre Lake Davenport, a conservation area of great beauty, edged with soaring pines and sub-tropical foliage. An attractive private boardwalk leads down to the boating and fishing ramp, on the shores of the lake. It is a tranquil place to picnic, or simply immerse yourself in a good book. If you like fishing, then this is truly the place to be - the lake is full of fish which will eagerly take your bait -bluefins abound, and are easy to catch. Even the children will become successful fishermen here, and we supply the rods so all you need is a tin of Spam or some bait, cheaply available at our nearby Walmart!Just a short short walk from our villa will bring you to the COMMUNAL AREA, where there is plenty of car parking, as well as a large SWIMMING POOL with cabana, changing rooms, PICNIC AREA, TENNIS and BASKETBALL. Guests have FREE USE of these facilities, and an access key is provided at the villa.~~~~GOLF~~~~~Perhaps a round of golf on the immaculately kept EXECUTIVE 9 HOLE GOLF COURSE is your pleasure? A brand new Library is located here, and you can borrow books or use the free internet connection. A well-stocked Publix supermarket can be found 2 minutes away on the 192, and alongside is a shopping plaza which provides a hairdressers, Medical Centre (we hope you won't need it but its really convenient if you do), Papa Johns Pizza takeaway who will deliver delicious freshly made pizzas to your door, Chinese take-away.Opposite Esprit there is a new Italian restaurant, with take-away.
