Thank you for our stay in the villa, we had a great time and I must say the beds were exceptionally comfortable, that makes my holiday for me. I need to have a comfy bed. I left two new pillows in the villa as well as I always buy them when we are out no matter where we stay. We enjoyed staying at Sunset Lakes again, have been there before a couple of times. We met Management a couple of times, they are really nice and friendly and popped in to see if we were ok a couple of times. They are from Fife which is not far from where we stay in Dundee. Anyway thanks again Ely, can’t believe how quickly these three weeks went by.

Thank you Ely and Dave for the stay at your Sunset Lakes Villa. It had everything we needed, and felt like a "home from home". My son in particular loved swimming in the pool after a tiring day at the parks! What a fantastic area too, lots of shops and restaurants very close by. Getting to Disney was dream, 10 minutes most days. We had excellent communication with Ely prior to our stay, very helpful and quick to respond. Also the same from Norma and Sean from the management company. We were very sad to be leaving at the end of our stay!!

Thank you Ely and Dave for letting us rent your beautiful home . The house was in a lovely private gated complex. The location was brilliant being about 20 minutes from the parks and a 5 minute drive from a supermarket, gift shops and restaurants. The house was very well equipped with everything you needed , lots of towels bedding , cooking equipment. The beds were very comfortable and the house had a lovely cosy feel. The lounge area was lovely with a large TV and dvd player and comfortable sofas . We loved the pool area with the hot tub . Overall the accommodation was fantastic and we would highly recommend to anyone looking at renting a holiday home . We had a magical holiday and hope to go back and stay again .

We have visited the area many times over the last 20 years and have always stayed in villa accommodation, so have learned you do not always get what is offered and how some hosts are less friendly than they initially seem. However, Dave and Ely are excellent hosts and the property is very much as seen in photos, we received great pre destination information and they were very helpful and quick to respond to queries before travel. On arrival to the property it was as described very clean and lots of basics in cupboards. We had a couple of minor issues during the stay, which were resolved professionally and efficiently by the management company. We cannot recommend this property or its owners enough and can't wait for our next stay in Orlando area, when we will certainly be checking the availability here again.

This is our second stay at this beautiful villa and it’s even more beautiful than before. The villa is very clean and has everything you need all you have to do is bring your own food. It has lots of linen washer and dryer and the beds are soooo comfortable. The home has a fantastic pool and hot tub which we got in everyday. There’s plenty of space. We love this villa, very private and can’t wait to go back. This would be the place I would return to the next time I’m in Florida to relax as it’s near everything. You won’t be disappointed. Five of us stayed at this beautiful villa for 12 nights. Everything we could possibly need was there. The kitchen was probably the most well equipped of any villa we have stayed at, lovely big dining table and the living area was very comfortable with plenty of seating. The bedrooms were all of a good size with plenty of hanging space, the master bedroom had the most huge and comfortable bed, missing that a lot. The pool was very popular after the theme parks, plenty of loungers and seating. Also, the hot tub was an added bonus. Dave & Ely made the whole process of booking so easy, very quick in responding to emails and provided so much information. Hi Ely and Dave Here we are all back from a 2 week Easter Holiday 2023 break at your very designer like villa home. The villa positioned on the corner of a very quiet gated community of villas, which added security, has a good view of the lake. The entrance corridor of the villa to the lounge which we didn't have time to use, has plenty of interesting features and pictures on the walls. As soon as we walked in we knew we had made a very good choice in choosing your villa home because it felt so homely and comfortable. The contents of the kitchen had everything you could possible need and more just like being at home. The pool as you said was very warm on sunny days just like a bath. My Grandsons had great fun in the pool and hot tub - plenty of towels both for pool and bedrooms. The pool table in the garage proved a success for the competitive boys. Your villa home is in a very quiet residential area - no sounds at all except us laughing and having a great time. We used the barbeque on several evenings taking it outside the back gate as requested but the bar across the gate caused us some concern as it was rusted where it was connected to the catch with screws on the side of the post. There was also some torn netting by the back gate where a snake could slither in and take a bath in the pool, this has happened to us once before! Great excitement! We mentioned this to Norma and her husband who also flicked a switch so the ice was back in production. We had a problem with the safe after working ok for a few days. Norma told us about Key so all was well again. We are so glad we chose your villa from so many listed -- The little black dress on the stand in the hall did it for me! Wow what a stunning villa. This was our 1st trip to Orlando and did not disappoint at all. After very busy days in the parks this was a lovely home to return to. Very relaxing and the pool and hot tub was very welcoming. The villa has everything you will need. Very clean. Beds was so comfortable. Hard getting up in the mornings. My eldest was the first up every morning using the fishing equipment enjoying watching the sun rise while he fished. We honestly did not want to come home. Booked our next visit straight away. Hi Ely, A Happy New Year to you both! We are back to earth now after a wonderful two weeks in your splendid home. It really is a credit to you how well you keep the villa. It is immaculately furnished, you have great taste, and you have included every single thing that any vacationer would need during their stay. We really enjoyed the amazing pool, hot tub and games room after long days out exploring the surrounding area. The villa is in a lovely quiet area yet is only 20 to 30 minutes away from Disney Springs and International Drive which we visited most evenings. Norma and Sean were really helpful when we had any issues, not that we had many. Thank you so much for having us as guests in your lovely home. I have stayed in 4 different Villas in the last 5 years in Orlando area but Pourquois Pas is my favourite bar none. I will save your details and hope to be in touch sometime in the near future for a return visit, maybe during summer months next time. We stayed at the villa for 2 weeks in October. The villa is lovely. The children loved playing in the pool after a day at the parks and the adults found the hot tub lovely to relax in. There is a lovely lake across the road with local wildlife to watch. The villa is very close to all the parks especially Disney. Ely answered all our questions very quickly and was so helpful. This was our first time staying in this villa, and all I can say is it really did not disappoint. The villa was immaculate and really did match up to its pictures. It had a very homely feel, This villa had everything we could need for a 2 week stay. Had more than enough space to be able to relax and to top it off a lovely pool and hot tub to unwind after a long day at the parks. Was in a great location with everything nearby. The villa was out of this world. For Doctor Who fans it's like a Tardis, l was blown away by the amount of space and rooms within the villa. Before our stay, the owners were fantastic with their communication due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, they reallocated us throughout these difficult times. The villa is situated within a gated community offering additional security. The villa is located next to the communal pool and a beautiful lake stocked with fish should you wish to go fishing. The villa was clean and well equipped to make our stay feel like home from home. The highlight of this villa is the pool and the hot tub, which were great first thing in the morning and last thing at night. This villa is all you need and more! Our family of 4 ( two kids) enjoyed every single minute of our stay. The swimming pool and hot tub was a delight and we spent lots of time relaxing in the pool and sunbathing on the deck. The villa is kitted out with everything you need, is beautifully maintained and is in the perfect location with easy access to local shops and restaurants. The Disney parks are a short drive away, so made it the perfect location to access the Disney parks every day. Hi Ely Just packing up to leave your wonderful home in the morning. We have had fabulous time! Thank you so much for allowing us to spend it in your very special Florida home. It’s exactly as we remembered it but to be honest even better. It really does feel like home away from home and we have all had a ball. Even the not so young children (18 & 13) wanted to stay longer and are not looking forward to leaving in the morning. The Location of the Villa is just absolutely fabulous and we feel so safe in the community. Disney, Universal, the premium outlets at Vineland Road, Disney Springs, International Drive and the Mall of Millenia are so accessible and thanks to Norma and Sean we also discovered Margaritaville resort which is new since our last visit. We visited Orlando in February 2022 and spent 12 days in this lovely, well equipped and beautifully maintained villa. As a family of 7 ranging from 5 years old to 60 years old we headed to Florida under the final restrictions of Covid. The villa was booked in last 2021 for a family birthday celebration and communications with Ely and Dave were very smooth after an initial telephone conversation. On arriving at Orlando airport late Saturday we followed the instructions and found the villa easily - when we got inside we were very impressed and happy with our holiday accommodation. The villa proved to be the perfect base to explore the Disney parks (c 15 minutes away) and Universal (25 mins) but also provided a great place to relax and recover on a couple of off days. The villa is very nicely furnished with comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen and also use of the washing machine and drier which meant we didnt have to take so many clothes (we didn't have to - but we did). We also loved the Pool table, air hockey and table football (a bit confused why there are 13 men each side lol) along with dart board for a couple of games nights. A fantastically equipped holiday home situated close to the Disney and Universal Attractions. A quiet residential style gated development with a nice looking community pool, though we were more than happy with the villa's own pool and hot tub. The games room was well used as well.There is an abundance of towels and crockery for your use and every appliance you will need. If I was to be really picky a cool box would have been useful....but that is being REALLY picky. I would not hesitate to recommend this property. Ely was helpful and prompt in all communications as were the Onsite Management team.

From the minute we made our initial contact with the owners to book the villa, to the minute we pulled off the villa drive to head to the airport and fly home, everything was perfect! The owners made the whole process as simple as possible and there was good communication throughout. The villas location is ideal for Disney & Universal and the other Orlando theme parks. The gated community of Sunset Lakes is idyllic, so quiet and so well maintained. We were a party of 4 (Mum, Dad and 2 boys (7 & 8 years old), and the villa had everything we needed and more! The villa is well decorated, modern and clean. It's well equipped and we found everything we needed in the cupboards from dishwasher tabs to mosquito repellent, absolutely everything. The heated pool and hot tub were big holiday favourites. The games room in garage was well stocked with everything else we could need, including scooters and pool toys and rain ponchos! All in all, this villa helped make our 3 week holiday a fantastic family to remember. Thank you so much Ely for sharing your beautiful home with us...I'm positive we will be back!

The villa was in a great location just off the 192, close to Disney and plenty of restaurants. The villa itself was well decorated and had everything we needed during our stay. The recliner sofas were great for snuggling up on the couch. The only let down was that there wasn't much choice of TV channels. apart from that the villa was perfect! The highlight was the hot tub! After a long day at the parks it was exactly what we needed to relax! Would definitely recommend a stay in this villa!

its always a gamble, booking a villa where are you haven't been before, over the many years we've been going to Orlando, we've had the pleasure of staying in some really nice villas and some not so nice ones :-(. But the whole family agreed this was one of the best we stayed at, very clean, very modern and is clearly well looked after. It's been my experience over the years that villas, live and die on how good the management companies are and they clearly have a good one here, when we walked in the place is spotless and clearly was well maintained. We also had some major concerns about the whole booking process with Covid restrictions, we still didn't know 24 hours before we flew if we could actually go because we had to test negative, but the owners of the villa could not have been more accommodating and more understanding . We've always been big fans of Emerald Isle, mainly because of the location, and I was pleasantly surprised as this is literally 200 yards away from a Emerald Isle, which makes a superb, location meaning you can get to Disney World in less than 10 mins without touching the I4, which for anyone who's been before, will know that's a bonus :-) From now on this will be our go to Villa, as we are hoping we can now resume our annual visits to Orlando ( covid permitting) I would have no hesitation in recommending both owners and the Villa to anyone who is considering booking

We have been coming to Florida for over 20 years, so have stayed in many hotels and villas. Sunset Lakes is a gated community, very quiet and the villa was located near the community pool which was a bonus. Although there was only 2 of us, we had 4 lovely bedrooms to choose from and the games room was used. The villa was lovely and clean with beautiful furnishings and a spacious kitchen with everything provided. The outside area with the pool was great and we had it heated after contacting Ely which made a difference at this time of year. The hot tub was amazing to relax in after doing the parks. We contacted the management company about the safe not closing and they came the next day. Nothing was too much trouble or Ely. The location for Disney is great and easy access to highways. I would highly recommend staying at this villa to family and friends.

We had a lovely two weeks at Pourquoi Pas. Ely was always quick to reply to emails and the management team were on hand if needed. About 15 mins from Disney and 25 from Universal . Quiet location and added security of a gated community. So close to restaurants which were all amazing. Villa spacious with everything you could ask for and more . Close to Publix don’t go to Walmart ! Pool clean and hot tub lovely . Only thing I would say having been before and staying in a similar property that the games room really isn’t that air conditioned and lacked comfort . We have just returned from staying at this gorgeous villa and wish we could go back already. The home had everything we could have possibly needed and we felt completely comfortable staying there. The home was very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable, we I didnt miss my own bed at all! We would absolutely reccomend this villa to anybody visiting Orlando, and if and when we return, this will be the home we stay at! We had a tiny problem with air con and the maintenance team were there in under an hour and sorted it straight away! You could not ask for better service. We stayed here last 11 years ago and chose to come back due to the excellent location for both the Disney and Universal parks. As before, the Villa is lovely inside and clean and fresh throughout. It is well furnished and comfortable. There were 6 adults, which gave us ample room. The owner, as always, was very helpful when we were booking. We had initial trouble with the air conditioning, however, we phoned the number supplied and the problem was fixed the same day, which was extremely helpful. This is an amazing villa - it honestly has everything you need to have a great holiday. Large, clean, a spa tub and pool - what more could you ask for? For those that are into Premier League and Champions League football, rest assured knowing you won't miss any of the action on the giant TV in the living room! Not only that, its such an ideal location being so close to Disney. To be honest it's not even far from international drive or the airport; provided you have a car you can pretty much travel anywhere within an hour. Beforehand we had great communication between ourselves and the owners; do not hesitate to book!

Had 2 wonderful weeks in this amazing villa. Owners have provided everything you could possibly need. The hot tub provides a great opportunity to relax after long days at the parks and the villa is in a great location for Disney parks. We felt very safe being in a gated community and the information provided at the villa is very useful. Ely is very prompt with replies when entering into the booking process and willing to answer any questions about the villa. As a party of only four in this huge house there was plenty of space to relax. We are hoping to return in 2021 and wouldn’t hesitate to use this villa again. We have stayed in Orlando villas before but this was by far the best one we have been in. Booking process was straightforward and Ely is a lovely lady to deal with. The villa itself is kitted out with everything you could need and the hot tub is an added bonus for lazy afternoons or relaxing after a park day. All the Disney parks and amenities are within an easy 15 minute drive and Universal is a quick trip up the i-4. The nearby 192 (Bronson highway) has plenty of restaurants and shops to suit all budgets, all only 5 minutes away. Stayed at this amazing villa while visiting Orlando, wow such an awesome holiday we had. We had previously stayed here seven years ago and were delighted to stay again as we had loved it so much the last time. After a long flight delayed at the airport with thunderstorms, we finally arrive at the villa, tired but excited and how thankful we were to be able to access the villa with such ease. Excellent communication from the owners meant it was hassle free. After unpacking we dived into the amazing pool and cooled off! Just what we needed after a tiring day. The villa had every amenity you could need, no need for towels etc even rain ponchos were provided for our use. An extra bonus for us was the solar pool heating, our son struggles with the cold water and was delighted to find it such a welcoming temperature. We loved the pool and the hot tub was an extra treat after all the walking! Great location for theme parks and shopping, great selections of restaurants nearby. Just returned from our holiday in florida staying in the villa. The place really does have everything you could need for a great holiday. The beds are extremely comfortable the kitchen is well appointed with everything you could need the kids loved the pool and games room and had hours of fun using both the pool and the air hockey table. They also loved the big bath in the main bedroom onsuite 4 kids all in at once they thought this was great. As for us adults there are ample tv channels decent wifi and of course the pool and hot tub the fridge freezer is massive with plenty room for cooling drinks and food. All in all i can not fault the place and would highly recomend it as a base for a great florida holiday.

We stayed at this villa over xmas 2017. When we arrived it had been decorated for xmas including a tree which was a lovely touch. The space is very good for an extended family. In an ideal location - very close to all the theme parks and attractions. As its a gated community felt very safe. Facilities are excellent and the pool table was a real hit with my boys. The hot tub was out of action for our stay so can't comment on that but the pool area was very nice. Would definitely recommend and hopefully we will go back one day :)

After browsing literally hundreds of villas on line, we settled on this one due to the location, and the prompt and friendly response from owners Ely & Dave. We were not disappointed with our choice. The location of the villa is ideal if you are homing in on Disney (who isn't!!). It really is just 10 minutes from the Disney entrance. There is a huge Walmart about 10mins away by car for all provisions, and some other local shops near by for quick replenishing of milk etc. The villa will not disappoint ~ spacious and in very good condition. It was sparkling clean on our arrival (and hopefully found to be so on our departure) . We included the hot tub in our booking which was great after a day at the parks. The swimming pool was ideal, although there is not much space around it if the whole family is there at the same time, but this did not detract from our enjoyment of this superb villa. ~ Highly recommended.

We stayed for 2 weeks from September into October, and had an absolutely fantastic time. Everything you could ever need and more is provided, the house itself is beautiful and very well kept and in a perfect location - close to the parks and several restaurants, but far enough out to be quiet. We loved every second of our time here and completely recommend the villa to anyone considering staying in the area, we'll certainly look into coming back in the future. The villa was lovely, had everything you could possibly need / want. Pool and games room kept the kids entertained for the entire 2 weeks. Large enough for everybody to have their own space and there were 6 of us staying!! No complaints at all, will definitely be visiting again. Thanks x

We have just spent another two weeks in this wonderful well equipped home,we have been many times over the last 17 years and never tire of it,we have noticed many changes this time new lighting..curtains and a lovely new range the Christmas tree looks amazing so hopefully will put me in the mood when I arrive home tomorrow. Excellent villa in a fantastic location. It really is as close to Disney as you will get and is so handy for restaurants and shops off the 192. The villa has everything you would need; it is clean, spacious and well looked after. Also, being in a gated community gives that feeling of extra security. I couldn’t recommend it enough. Good morning Ely, Just a quick note to say thank you so much for letting us use your home. We only got back on Tuesday after going further afield in Florida then back through New York. The house was spotless and the hot tub a huge welcome in the evenings when we got back from the parks or shopping!! We did have an unexpected guest one afternoon whilst sitting outside..... a black racer in the pool enclosure with us, you've never seen 3 people move so quickly :-D Anyway Ely, thanks again, I'll definitely keep your details handy as I'm always in the Orlando area, and love it at Sunset Lakes. This is a superb villa in a fantastic location, less than 10 mins drive to Disney World. The house has everything you could possibly want - all mod cons, plenty of space indoors, and a superb private pool area. It is beautifully maintained also, so rest assured that when you arrive it will look exactly as it does in the pictures. In fact, the pictures don't quite do it justice, as we couldn't believe how big the house actually is! The villa is located on a picturesque and peaceful gated community, with secure entry so you will feel very safe. The house overlooks a lake, and the view at sunrise is absolutely stunning. A few minutes drive up the road you will find Formosa Gardens, a selection of shops and decent restaurants, that are very handy. A few minutes further and you're on the 192, with all the diners, attractions and gift shops, and then before you know it you're on World Drive heading towards Disney. This is as perfect a location for a villa as you could possibly want. Close to everything, yet also a quiet and secluded oasis from all the theme park madness! The only downside to this villa would be the amount of outdoor space around the pool. As a party of four adults, there were only three sun loungers, and not enough room for us all to be out in the sun at the same time. A lot of the space is taken up by the hot tub which isn't really needed in the Floridian heat. That being said, it didn't in any way detract from our stay. We really enjoyed the villa and would recommend it to anyone.

What a wonderful home from home with a little luxury thrown in, everything you need for the perfect Florida holiday a great games room and hot tub, and pool perfect for the day's rest from the theme parks.there is also a beautiful lake in this gated community. The owners Ely and Dave have paid attention to every detail,and their management company Norma and Sean are on hand to help with any problem couldn't be more helpful.i have been to this lovely villa before and will definitely go again and would certainly recommend it to my friends and family as the rates are very competitive.

We thought we had died and gone to heaven when we walked through the front door what a spectacular villa. We chilled by the pool and watched the terrapins in the lake, Enjoyed the villa pool and Jacuzzi as well as the community pool and wandering storks !! Beautiful! Thank you for a lovely 2 weeks.
