The luxurious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home features a private, secluded swimming pool and spa which overlooks a conservation area. It's the perfect view to enjoy during breakfast to start your day, or when relaxing in the evening after a busy day at the parks. The large pool deck has plenty of loungers and chairs, while the covered lanai offers shaded seating and a table.
There are two en suite master bedrooms, while the two twin bedrooms share a third bathroom. All four bedrooms have their own TVs. The family room is at the center of the home and provides a cozy area for your family to enjoy a large flat screen TV and DVD play with game console.
Modern Amenities
The modern kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare a meal or a quick snack. It's bright, spacious and you'll probably find the family gathering here often to enjoy a meal in the adjoining dining area which seats eight.

Our villa is conveniently located near supermarkets, restaurants, shopping and gyms. Beaches on either Florida coast are less than an hour away. There are over a hundred golf courses to choose from in the area. Disney World is only 10 - 15 minutes away, while SeaWorld and Universal Studios are a short 20 to 30-minute drive. The Orlando International Airport is thirty minutes away. Sanford Airport is sixty minutes.
