Paradise Palms is a lovely comfortable vacation home indeed!! Where to start…. the kitchen is well stocked with essentials (sure appreciated the great assortment of containers for leftovers to use!), the deck lights cascading around the pool , the Bluetooth speaker, being able to sign in and use our tv subscriptions, the little things helped make it feel home away from home, and the beds were ohhh sooo very comfy! But the icing on the cake is Linda she is a five star host, from her step by step easy booking process to her fantastic check – in instructions, helping me find a reliable place to rent a BBQ, and her instantly replying to all of my questions I had from the start to the end of our vacation. It was a great place to unwind with our morning coffee out on the beautiful deck, to the relaxing walks everyday, and being able to cook a great meal was just top notch ! The home can accommodate a small family to a few families and you feel you have your own space. It was a great vacay and with Linda as a host would stay again😊

Spent 2 weeks in this beautiful Villa. From 29/7/23 to 12/8/23. On entering the villa it certainly had the WOW factor. It had everything we needed. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The pool area was beautiful and we all had a great time using the pool. It overlooked a green area and some days we had 3 large Cranes visit us. It was so peaceful and quiet. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone. I would love to return some day. Thanks again Linda for letting us share your beautiful home. We made some lovely memories. Just home from an amazing 2 weeks staying in this beautiful villa. location was fantastic with a publix just along the road plus a few take aways, 25/30 minutes from Disney. the villa was a fantastic place to relax after the parks with plenty of space for everyone to chill out, the pool area was amazing the extended area for the loungers was a added bonus giving more time to enjoy the sun. Linda was excellent in responding to any inquiries and very helpful. I can not recommend the villa enough.

Just home this morning from this beautiful villa, clean, comfortable, spacious and every amenity you can think of down to even Bluetooth speaker for around the pool. Linda is fantastic, my 3yr old daughter had an accident while we were there and I messaged her in a panic. She couldn't of been more helpful or caring. I'll not hesitate to book again. The sunrise and sunsets around the pool area are just beautiful. Publix, burger King and 7eleven are 5 mins drive away. Aldi, walmart, target etc all within 15mins. Lots of places to eat nearby, close to disney parks especially. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

"Our stay at Paradise Palms was wonderful. The home was large, spotlessly clean, complete with everything we needed, and welcoming. The pool and hot tub were also perfectly maintained and we used them a lot. The property is in a very well-kept, quiet, safe, gated development with a wonderful, community center with games, gym, pool etc. We found the location ideal for our golf travels in the Orlando area. Linda (the owner) is very responsive regarding communication and was also extremely helpful with a couple of questions we had. The guest documentation is comprehensive and enabled us to settle in quickly. If we return to Orlando for golf we will definitely be contacting Linda first - thanks again Linda for a great stay."

"Paradise Palms Watersong Villa is SO lovely! The rooms are beautifully decorated, the kitchen stocked with everything you will need, the beds are all very comfortable! We loved having 3 king sized suites! We were there with our 26 and 23 year old kids and we each had our own master suite each with nice large bathroom/shower! The pool area is amazing and mostly private and large with enough lounge chairs for 6 and a nice seating area! We loved the spa to relax in after a day at the parks! There is also an outdoor table under the lanai which we used for every meal and game nights! There is a nice comfortable living room overlooking the pool where we watched some shows at night time! On our last night, we used the games room and played many games of pool! We were only 30 minutes from the Disney parks which was perfect to feel away from the hustle and bustle but also a close enough drive! Linda was wonderful to work with and very responsive! Fantastic Florida Villa Just back from an extended family holiday in Florida. December 2022 - January 2023. Stayed at this well presented, clean, spacious, well maintained holiday home. The facilities at the villa are excellent and as per the listing. We requested that the pool was heated for our stay, the modest cost charged was well worth it. The location is an easy drive to the parks, 20 - 40 minutes, depending on traffic. Far enough to be away from the crowds, but close enough to not be remote Communication with the owner, was first class, nothing was an issue. I highly recommend this villa and would definitely consider staying here again.

How can I describe Paradise Palms Villa? Fab fab fab!!!! We are a family of 9 including grandparents, daughters and 3 very small grandchildren and I have to say the villa catered for everyone with wine fridge and 75 inch tv for us older ones to high chairs, cots and stair guards for the little ones. The villa was more than big enough for our family and furnished to a very high standard. We all made excellent use of the gamesroom but the entire family spent most afternoons playing in the pool which benefits from an extended pool deck and looks out on to a wooded conservation area. I have to say there were no arguments over bedrooms as the home has 3 Kingsize bedroom suites, all with en-suite bathrooms. The development is gated with manned security and the landscaping is very well maintained. Would we stay here again? Absolutely and without hesitation and in fact we have already recommended it to friends! If you have questions or concerns, Linda was always on hand to answer questions and replied in a prompt and professional manner and on that note, we would like to thank Linda for allowing us to stay at her beautiful home.

We had the pleasure of staying at this villa for three weeks between April and May 2022. We had a fantastic time and would totally recommend. The villa itself is thoroughly clean, modern with great access to most areas. It’s in a quiet area so you can really unwind from the parks. The pool area is beautiful and not overlooked as it backs on to a conservation area. The gated complex is friendly and welcoming to guests. We had a small issue with the spa heat on our first few days but it was sorted within a day, nothing was too much trouble when we spoke to the owners. The villa is spacious and well equipped for everything that you might need. Including extra towels and linen. A publix supermarket is a few minutes away. It took us about an hours drive from the airport to get to. I would stay here again 100% if I visited Orlando. Thank you so much to the owners for letting us stay 🙂

This home was amazing. It was beautiful and relaxing and was very accommodating to our group of 7. The pool and spa were very relaxing after spending the day out and about. We did have the optional heat and it was great to have for those evening swims or while relaxing in the spa. We loved the fact that the home was in a gated community as well as only a short drive away from major parks and shopping. We definitely hope to stay here again in the future.

What a beautiful home! The house is well maintained and very spacious. The owner really pays attention to every detail in the house. We only wished that we could have spent more time there. We definitely will be back to this house next Summer. My kids loved it there. Thanks again for everything!

WOW😍 This villa is huge and definitely has the wow factor. Really clean and so much space. You look at the pictures and think it looks big but is it a camera trick...... It is not! If you're thinking of booking don't hesitate you won't be disappointed. Fully equipped with everything you could need.

What an amazing spacious villa. The owners have put extra thought and consideration into the needs and comfort of their guests. Pool and deck area is gorgeous and the pictures don’t do it justice. The rooms are beautifully presented, bright and airy feel and spotlessly clean. Make sure you visit the ‘club house’. Lost of extra facilities and super pool area. New publix just down the road. Great Location, Amazing villa, we recently rented out this luxury family villa for the second time, and it doesn't disappoint. It is a stunning, luxurious, spacious and comfortable villa in a truly relaxing atmosphere. Whilst we were very close to all the major parks the villa is wonderful for the rest days in-between your trips. It backs onto a conservation area so the only things that you will see are the sandhill cranes that are resident at Watersong. Next one already booked !!
