Celebration Health and Fitness
When in Florida you may wish to maintain your fitness level or burn off some of those extra calories that you seem to be eating because you can’t say no! We use a great health and fitness centre on the residential development of Celebration – located just off the 192, within the Celebration hospital.
The facilities are amazing and everything is so clean and well presented. There are toiletries in the changing rooms, large fluffy white towels and even spinners for your swim suit.
As well as the latest state of the art gym equipment they also have a basketball court located in the middle of the gym and a very good class timetable for aerobics, Body pump etc. The pool is very clean and so quiet – you can always get your lengths in.
For the less energetic they also offer day spa facilities including: Massage, Facials, Waxing and Reflexology. Their prices are very competitive compared to the other spas in the area.
They often have a 2 week trial for US$80 if you print off a coupon from their website.
