Florida Trip 2017 Day Three Part One
We awoke quite early on day three of our trip to Florida around 7. 30 am and so got up for breakfast we had already decided that we were going to take our first trip to the parks and it was to be a Universal day.
After breakfast, we all jumped in the car and set off on the journey to Universal this normally takes around thirty minutes but due to the busy rush hour traffic it took a while longer, but soon we were at the parking lot for the park.
We paid our parking fee of $15 and set off into the multi-storey car park and we directed to the very top of the car park this was the first time in some twelve years we had ever parked on the very rooftop of the car park.
We set off down the escalator to the park and soon came across the security checks which I am pleased to say were a lot more stringent than in previous years it was like at the airport all your bags etc went through a scanner and then you had to walk through a scanner too if the scanner went off you were searched with a hand scanner given all the recent troubles I was very pleased to see they were taking things seriously.
Once through we walked past the shopping and eating areas checking out bubba gumps as we went passed we turned right and headed to the studios area of Universal and soon we were inside, Will and Karlie had already decided which rides they wanted to go on, Karlie wanted to go on the Rip Ride Rocket but after last times ride on it Will decided he wasn' t up for it this time and no amount of persuading could convince him.
We headed further up the street and went into Race Through New York with Jimmy Fallon as we're from there UK I had no idea who Jimmy Fallon was or what the show was about, as you waited to get to the actual ride you watched several humourous clips of his show so you started to get an idea who he was. The ride is very much like the Spiderman ride in the islands of adventure you wiz around on the rounds through roads, subway lines and shopping malls chasing after jimmy in his super fast little racing car a very entertaining ride
