Hampton Lakes hosts a beautiful communal pool area located on the lake; a place to unwind and meet other holiday visitors. Two floodlit tennis courts, basketball court, and a full sized sand volleyball court are provided for those more energetic. For younger children, there are two communal play areas.
Hampton Lakes is attractively landscaped and maintained in pristine condition. It is located just 10 minutes from Disney World, Orlando. All major theme parks and attractions are easily accessible and within a 10-20 minute drive.
Orlando International Airport is approximately a 30 minute drive, while Sanford Airport about 50 minutes away. The community provides easy access to I-4, US27 and Hwy 192, where you will find an abundance of restaurants and shopping.
Orlando has more than 90 golf courses from which to choose. If you enjoy a game of golf, Champions Gate Golf Club about a 5 minute drive and is home to two unique 18-hole championship golf courses designed by accomplished architect and golfer, Greg Norman. Highlands Reserve Golf Club is also on your doorstep and available to the public.
If you fancy a day out at the beach, both the east and west coast beaches are accessible for a day out. While the waters of east coast beaches of Daytona Beach can be quite forceful, the west coast beaches of Clearwater and St. Petersburg provide a calmer atmosphere, more conducive for young children. Either can be reached within a 60 to 90 minute drive.
