Hi im new to the site and just recently returned from our new villa we purchased in April at High Grove Resort and i must say how pleasently surprised we were of the location, only 8 mins from Disney with many restaurants bars near by. We really liked Chilles restaurant and santa fe (were me and my friend had a 32oz steak), and the beer was good to, with Wallmart over the road from the villa it was ideal to get the food for breakfast cereal ect for the kids and chocolate pancakes for us, also they have good meats for our barbie , we loved having these at the end of aa long day after the parks, We all agreed we liked universal the best my favourite was harry potter and the hulk how quick is that.
The best fireworks i have ever seen were at magic kingdom, just stood and watched in disbelief how big they were . Our favourite steak house we all agreed was Mannys the best steak i have ever had in my life, with mashed potato and white gravey just lovelly, i think i put on half a stone in weight while i was there. The hire car we had was for fifteen people and was huge , people really did see us coming, we took a trip down to clearwater beach amazing white sands and clear blue sea kids really loved it.
The restaurant we went to was frenchies at pier 60 best fish ever you must try it , i had it supersized, you can see why i put on half a stone, the trip down there was good about one and a half hours, well worth it.
We are coming back in febuary, to do seaworld and discovery cove must swim with the dolphins that is a dream of mine , the kids are super excited they are boy twelve and girl eight, perfect age , my daughter went on every ride , she had no fear, her favourite ride was rip ride rocket it goes straight up and super fast, it put the wind up me and my boy, the wife could barley watch, all in all the best holiday we have had , im so glad to have got our villa and look forward to many more familly holidays, it would be nice to go over at christmas, celebration marker 8 192 would be ideall to go there , i heard they put fake snow everywhere, sounds fantastic kids will love it, it is something to look forward to , you cant beat florida.
