Muppet 3D vision
This is without doubt one of my favourite attractions my wife thinks I am potty but I think it' s a little bit like Monty Python you either love it or hate it! there no in between and I simply love it, now that' s not to say that it' s not suitable for kids its very very suitable for children and adults of all ages
Maybe there' s the answer I must like it cause I have never grown up, well so the wife tells me, whatever your tastes this is a show that you must visit it has all the famous characters from the famous Muppet shows, Kermit, Miss Piggy, Beaker, Fozzie bear who is still not funny and my favourite Gonzo
As it is shot in 3D you will need the glasses that you normally wear but not for all the show just for the 3D parts, without doubt the best part of the show is the Hecklers which if you have never seen the show are two old guys Stalder and Waldorf who sit in the box up to the right and constantly heckle and make fun of the show, especially Fozzie Bear
The show is more or less a typical Muppets show with a lot of 3D camera work thrown in and starts off in the laboratory of professor and beaker. Well as you can imagine things soon start to go wrong as they invent a 3D character which in the tradition of slapstick goes horribly wrong.
The rest of the story involves chasing this character around the screen or him popping up in the middle of the story, there is a big number involving Missy Piggy that goes horribly wrong and is hilarious as always.
There are lots of big show numbers which always seem to go wrong the only thing missing from this show really are the special guests that we used to see on the TV show and rest assured Fozzies jokes are still as bad as ever
The key to the success of this show is in the involvement with the audience, on a number of occasions characters from the show appear in the theater and this makes it all more real and of course there are lots of cheap jokes using the old 3D system
The Audio animatronics and the famous Muppet characters combined with the 3D effects make this a truly great show for old and young alike especial if like me you never really grew up.
It is without doubt a must see show!
