If you are going out on a really long day perhaps going to a theme park and don’t really want to waste your money buying food at the theme parks which can be very expensive.
I would recommend that you go to the Ponderosa restaurant for breakfast for a very reasonable price your get an all you can eat buffet so you can have a big breakfast and skip lunch without being hungry. The Ponderosa offers a wide variety of food and I guarentee no one will go hungry. You are treated with Bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs and many more things. The Ponderosa also offer a superb corn beef hash which is very popular as well as as many pancakes as you can eat. There is also unbelievebly jelly, cookies, ice cream and muffins so if you just fancy a bit of junk they have got that too. If you want something a little lighter they do have just cereal and a fantastic fruit bar offering delicous ripe fruit. Don’t expect to pay more than about $5 per person so it is terrific value.
If you have been out all day at a theme park or at perhaps the space centre and don’t fancy really eating out with a wide range of fast food establishments suchas ; Macdonalds ( 64 outlets in the greater Orlando area), Burger King, Wendy’s diner, burger bars Checkers and Hardees, KFC, Pizza Hut, Domino’s, Subway and Taco Bell. There are so many just take your pick.
If you are looking for an affordable quality restaurant you should try ‘The Red Lobster’, which is primarily a seafood restaurant but also has a wide range of steak, chicken, salads and pasta which are equally appetising. Lobster though is it’s speciality and it’s is harder to find a better cooked lobster anywhere. They are also easy to find having eight restaurants in Orlando.
If you really want to have great night to remember you could always go to downtown Disneys with a greay range of shops and restaurants. The place to eat there is Planet Hollywood, a pure fun entertainment venue. It’s not the best food in Florida, but it is great fun and also very busy. I recommend booking a table unless you want to wait for an hour. It has a great party atmosphere, complete with film clips and a stunning array of movie memorabilia.
