What’s so great about Epcot 8
So we just all had a nice rest chilling as we float around the Living with the land show and now I would recommend you visit “the circle of Life show” this is a 20 minute wide screen film where the kids will learn as they laugh as Timon and Pumbaa teach them all about the environment.
The film presentation itself is a mixture of live action and animation featuring footage from over 30 different countries that teaches children the notion of being kind to their environment and not to waste its resources as with all thing connected with Disney it’s all about trying to educated the kids in a fun way so they don’t even realise they actually learning, if only school was this exciting when I went to school!
Well by now you will all be getting hungry and ready for some food and in this area there are a couple of places to eat such as Sunshine Seasons or the Garden Grill both are located in the Lands Food Court.
The Sunshine Seasons offers fast service casual dining perfect for a quick visit on your day trip around Epcot and offers a range of different foods with Choose from counters offering gourmet sandwiches, salads and soups and salads, wood-fired entrées and Asian fare. Why not try the grilled salmon or ginger Mongolian beef.
If you don’t really enjoy food from around the world maybe you prefer to eat at the Garden Grill where you can dine on the more traditional family fayre Meals includes platters of turke , beef and fish, fresh salad, dinner rolls with maple butter, buttermilk mashed potatoes and more. Some of the vegetables (such as the cucumbers, eggplant, Swiss chard, and sweet potatoes) may have even been grown in the Living with the Land greenhouses which we visited earlier, how cool is that.
For the younger members or maybe even the older members of your party you can also book a character dinning in the Garden Grill with Chip and Dale in the Harvest Feast although you will need to book this in advance , if you book one of the Character dining’s make sure that you bring your autograph book and your camera.
We have always found that the Land food court is a great place to eat with lots of choice of different foods available to suit all taste , the food is always good and its nicely air-conditioned to keep you nice and cool when its outdoors.
