The Manor at West Haven is a brand new exclusive gated community which boasts of having a high proportion of larger than average homes. It is situated on one of the highest points in the area and from the entrance you can even see the fireworks from Walt Disney World. Much work was done on landscaping the area including the construction of a palm lined central boulevard so as to make this more than just another community.
The Manor at West Haven also includes a tennis court and children’s recreational area with a cabana.
The gated community is located on the south side of the CR54 just west of the point where it intersects with the I4. This gives a quick and easy access to all the major Orlando attractions. Walt Disney World is only a 10 minute drive away, Universal Studios just 30 minutes and Kennedy Space Centre about hour.
A large Publix supermarket, a Walgreen’s 24 hour store and pharmacy and other local shops are all less than a 5 minute drive from the entrance to the community. Those of you who like golf will find that there are excellent golf courses nearby, with courses at Championsgate and Reunion just 10 minutes away.
