Villa Verification Scheme
Booking a vacation home for the first time can be daunting. You want to know the home exists, the owner is genuine, and your enquiry is going to the right person.
Look for verified villas
Verified Orlando Villas homes display a verified badge, and where available, the date the property was last verified.
How verification works
To be accredited as a verified villa, the villa owner provides us with the following on a rolling six month basis:
- Villa owner's home address and telephone number
- Villa address
- A recent utility bill showing the owner's name and villa address
We then verify the owner by cross-checking the villa address and utility bill against official County records. If there are discrepancies, the verified badge is not awarded.
Note: We do not offer any guarantee beyond these checks. The verified badge means you can expect to be viewing a genuine vacation rental home and that the owner is genuine. We act as an introducer between the guest and private villa owner. Once initial contact has been made, all future dealings are direct with the owner. We do not offer financial security, insurance, or any guarantee for transactions you have with owners.
