We have been going to the Disney Parks for many years now and have compiled some information that you may find useful.
In Guest Relations on Hollywood Boulevard you will find the following:
Lost children/lost-guest messages
Upgrading today' s one-day ticket to a multi-day passport
Information for guests with disabilities
Information about Sign Language services
Taped narration for guests with sight impairments
Disney Dollar exchange
Foreign currency exchange
Information on private parties
Behind-the-scenes educational and professional programmes
Information on VIP tours
Disney Character greeting information
Maps in French, German, Japanese, Spanish, and Portuguese
Entertainment schedules
Baby changing/Nursing –go to the guest relations building inside the Main entrance. Bottle warming is also available at all table-service restaurants.
Baby stroller rentals are available in limited quantities at Oscar' s Super Service inside the entrance. Replacement strollers available at The Costume Shop.
Wheelchairs are also available for rent in limited quantities at Oscar' s Super Service inside the main entrance. Replacement wheelchairs again available at The Costume Shop.
Banking - An automatic teller machine is next to the Production Information Window at the Main Entrance just outside the turnstiles. This is useful as I always seem to be running out of money in Florida!
Camera Center - The Darkroom, presented by Kodak, is located on Hollywood Boulevard. If you require two-hour photo processing, drop your film where you see the PHOTO EXPRESS sign and you can pick up your prints at The Darkroom as you leave.
It is expected that shirt and shoes are worn at all times.
If you need First Aid this is located near Guest Relations on Hollywood Boulevard.
Lockers can be found next to Oscar' s Classic Car Souvenirs at the main entrance. These can be useful to keep spare shoes in, umbrellas and suntan lotion.
Package pickup/Lost and found is located at the main entrance. Purchases delivered here may be picked up as you exit the park.
If you need postage stamps there is a machine located at Oscar' s Super Service.
Priority Seatings may be made at the Hollywood Junction Guest Relations window, or any table-service restaurant.
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas which are clearly marked.
Readmission policy - if you leave the park and plan to return the same day you no longer need to get your hand stamped. Your ticket now identifies you and will allow you to re-enter.
Should your vehicle fail to start during your visit, complimentary towing is provided by AAA during park hours.
