Sorry about late reply we landed home yesterday so still a bit tired, the villa was gorgeous beautiful location, the rooms were spotlessly clean, pool was lovely the hot tub was great also. Overall it was a fantastic stay and since day one you were a dream to deal with any questions or query’s you were straight back to us with help and information, We are thinking of booking again in February 2027 so hopefully we will be in touch again please let me know when your bookings will be open for this so we can see what price it is and deposit wise, thanks a million, Orlando should be experienced by everyone it is beautiful and the parks are magical, thanks again Dawn

Just returned from Florida and had a fabulous time at Dawn Murray’s Villa . The location is central and perfectly situated very near to Disney and Universal Studios, and nearby supermarkets. Our family absolutely loved our stay at the villa, that much that we extended our stay whilst here, we did not want to leave. Dawn was available to speak to and very helpful with any questions that we had. The management company were easy to get hold of when there was an issue with the pool heating and sorted it within a couple of hours. Watching the sunset over the lake was our favourite time of day after a busy day in the theme parks. We would love to return to the villa again in the future, it was so close to Disney and all local amenities.

You have thought of absolutely everything, down to the milk and snacks available on arrival which was so welcome, we loved our stay there, it was so comfortable and relaxing. Your villa was a huge part of our enjoyment on a very special family holiday. Villa Sunrise Dream is a fabulous villa. It is immaculate, so very well equipped (the owners have thought of everything you could possibly need) and it was lovely coming back after a busy day at the parks to relax in the hot tub and swimming pool. The location was perfect for us. Communication was excellent. We have just returned home from a 2 week stay in Sunrise Dream and I could not recommend it highly enough! From when we first enquired through to booking, through to arriving and staying at the villa, Dawn made the whole process extremely easy and seamless. She explained everything throughly, offered helpful advice and answered any questions I had really quickly. The villa was immaculate, every little thing you could possibly need is thought of. The gated community where it is situated is lovely and really quiet, the view from the Villa on to the lake is amazing, especially the sunsets. We are a family of 5 and the highlight for my 3 boys was definitely the pool which they went in every morning before we went to the parks. Having a lovely well equipped kitchen to make our meals in when we wanted made a real difference too and meant we were able to save some dollars by not having to eat out every evening. A massive range of Shops/bars/restaurants are right on the doorstep, literally a 5 minute drive, and from leaving the villa to being parked inside the magic kingdom car park took us 15 mins tops, less most days. I would not hesitate to book with Dawn again, we had a fantastic holiday and we absolutely loved our stay at Sunrise Dream.

We absolutely loved the holiday and your fabulous villa! Kay (partner) was very upset to have to leave on Saturday morning and was asking me to extend the stay! The villa was perfect for us 6, everything we wished for and more. The view over the lake especially at Sunset was just amazing. Kids loved like really loved the pool and hot tub. Pool was great size as normally photos can be deceiving but yours was great. We all enjoyed the games room, air hockey was better than you find in some amusements here in UK. We all loved the house. I would say of the 12 plus villas we have rented it was the best! Extremely well equipped - it had everything we needed and more. We like the position of Sunset Lakes and have stayed there before. Pool heating was great and ensured that our grandchild could enjoy the pool for as long as he wanted. My family has just returned from a fabulous two week stay at Villa Sunrise Dream. This property was everything we hoped for and more. Very spacious - the 2 master suites are great if two families are staying together. Bathrooms are all very well appointed and immaculate. The kitchen was lovely and incredibly well supplied with everything you could need. A very professionally presented villa which I would thoroughly recommend. We spent most of our time, when we were in, round the pool area even in the evenings when it was dark. Very convenient for the Disney theme parks and close to some lovely restaurants. We usually stay further east off the 192, around the Medieval Times area, so this gave us the opportunity to try new places to eat. The house was beautiful and we enjoyed everything about our stay there. The property owners even left a Christmas tree and decorations that we were able to put up for our children for Christmas Day while we were there. The kids' closets were filled with princess dresses, Star Wars costumes and other awesome dress-up clothes and Disney stuffed animals. We were close to Disney and anything else we needed. They had strollers we could take to Disney, games, books -- they had basically thought of everything! We would love to return to this property in the future!

We come to Florida each summer to visit family. This home is gorgeous. We were pleased with all the rooms. The pool was always warm. The hot tub was super hot when we arrived but after leaving the cover off for a few hours, it cooled down. They boys were surprised to find fishing poles and spent many hours catching fish in the pond. The pool was cleaned on Friday (as stated in the agreement). They discovered that a pipe was broken but communicated to us when it would be fixed and how soon after that we could go into the pool. It was fixed promptly---we actually didn't even know they were out there fixing it. This subdivision is close enough to Target, Walmart and many restaurants (with back ways to get there to avoid busy intersections) but also, DoorDash had no problem finding us when we ordered out. All in all, a great stay. We enjoyed it very much.

This place is AMAZING!! Upon arrival, everything was clean and so much more beautiful in person then in the pictures. Dawn always responded if i had any questions immediately, and so did anyone from management. All the instructions were inside the welcome book and it was all very easy to follow. Although i did come to visit the theme parks, i was always excited to come back to the house after lol!! It was me and my best friend that stayed here and on our last day we enjoyed a nice BBQ session and that hot tub i never got out of lol!! We loved this house! It was just the place we were looking for to enjoy our week in sunny Orlando! SO close to Disney, restaurants and shopping. We spent almost all of our time in the pool and enjoyed the comforts of the lanai and deck. Highly recommend!

The house was perfect for our two families to stay together. We had a group of 9, 4 adults and 5 kids, and the double king suite was perfect for our families. The home was clean, welcoming, and in a great neighborhood. The only negative thing we could say had nothing to do with the home itself. We were able to hear the neighbors partying loudly during our kids bedtime hours, but switched them to different bedrooms in the front of the home and were able to get them to sleep. We loved the pool, and it was perfect for our family and kids. The seating areas by the pool were perfect, the large table we used for meals so they didn't drag water inside the home while swimming, and the lounging chairs were amazing for us to hang out on while they swam. We would for sure stay here again when traveling with another family.

We have just arrived home after 2 weeks in sunrise Dream villa well what can I say? This villa has to be the very best we have ever stayed in. It was so spacious and airy 2 huge master suites with huge en-suites the queen room and 2 twin rooms were very spacious beautiful bathrooms and a fantastic kitchen with everything you could possibly need . Extra large washing machine and drier .The very large pool where you could swim properly not just dipping was so warm overlooking the lake (plenty of catch and release fishing) the villa is maybe a 5 minute drive to many many restaurants and shops and Wal-Mart 10 minutes away so central for everything 10 minutes to Disney nobody could be disappointed with this beautiful villa if you like birds and wildlife this is the place. Thank you Dawn for sharing your lovely piece of American heaven with us can’t wait to book for next year.

Another fantastic stay at one of Dawn's villas! This year at Sunrise Dream. The villa has spotless upon arrival and we loved the newly fitted kitchens and bathrooms. Outside the pool area was brilliant, we spent almost every minute at the villa here. The pool is a fantastic size for being able to actually swim, not just splash around! We didn't use the games room this time but it looked like a great room for families to use on rainy days. Every bedroom was very clean and comfortable (two with HUGE en-suites) and we all loved the massive beds! This is our second stay in one of Dawn's villas and we all agreed this time that you really can't get closer to Disney unless you're in a hotel. The location of Sunset Lakes is superb, literally 10 minutes to Animal Kingdom down the US-192 and only another 10mins to Magic Kingdom etc. The main international airport is only 30 minutes away too (without traffic). When choosing a villa in Orlando we will always choose Villa Sunrise Dream or Villa Sunset Dream if they are available. Thank you Dawn for another brilliant stay.

We have been going to Florida for over a decade and this is by far the best villa that we have stayed in. Beautiful decor all around the home, both huge bathrooms have been completely refurbished and they are stunning and there is a hot tub outside close to the 30 ft swimming pool. Villa owners could not be more helpful and friendly (they even left a bottle of prosecco in the fridge on our arrival to celebrate our twin girls 21st birthday the day before ??). Villa is very close to the 192 so perfectly situated for parks like Animal Kingdom and lots of fantastic restaurants. Faultless ??????????

What can I say except brilliant.Everything about this beautiful villa is first class.Its fully equipped with all you need to live very comfortably for your holiday.The location is great to get to Disney and all the surrounding attractions.The pool and hot tub were spotless and very welcoming after a full day walking round the parks.One thing I do have to mention are the wonderful maintenance people Matt and Gordon,they were straight over to help us when we had a problem with the safe which they sorted.They bobbed in to check on the pool and asked if we needed any help with anything.They even sorted a taxi out for us and recommended local places to eat.We couldn't have asked for anywhere better to stay and will hopefully visit again very soon.

The house was very presentable and clean upon arrival. All appliances appeared to be in working order. Some our party experienced an issue with the alarm upon arriving back at the villa one day. The alarm company called promptly and advised that the management company would attend the following day to correct. Everything appeared well upon our return from the parks the next day, so it was presumably corrected without issue. There were more than enough provisions within the house. The children enjoyed the games room but soon favoured the pool as the only place they wanted to be after a day out. The adults were grateful for the dishwasher and laundry facilities (there are some things one simply doesn’t have a holiday from!). From start to finish, Dawn was terrific to deal with. No question was too small (and I did have the habit of asking random questions!). Dawn responded to all emails promptly, and was always friendly and efficient. The villa information provided was extremely helpful beforehand and during the stay. Being told about the back roads via Sherberth Road proved indispensable and shaved a lot of time off our travelling (we even used it to cut the corner off US192/I4 when travelling up to Universal Studios). The lakeside location was delightful. We all enjoyed spotting the wildlife, which, during our stay, included a pair of Sandhill cranes, black vultures, turtles, plenty of little green anoles and a couple of sightings of swallow-tailed kites (thankfully, no spiders!). Thank you very much for letting us stay at your home. We very much hope to stay again in the future.

We stayed at Sunrise Dreams in September 2017 with Hurricane Irma appearing right in the middle. We did not stray from the villa for 3 whole days due to the hurricane and curfews so we really had to like our enforced lockdown. And we did! A very spacious, comfortable and attractive home with gorgeous bedrooms, every mod con and a delightful pool. There is a Games Room, and a play station, movies and CDs. It was clean and tidy, and the maintenance men Gordon and Matt live just down the road so were able to help us out when the aircon caused a problem and even answered a call at 11.30 at night with no qualms. Free long distance/international calls was a huge plus for us. The owner, Dawn, in the U.K., communicated with us regularly during the hurricane, anxious to know we were alright. Our flight home was cancelled three times and she let us stay 3 extra nights until we could get home. The area is gated and very quiet. Most of the houses surround an attractive lake with some interesting birds to see, such as cranes and herons. The nearest shopping and restaurants are only about a mile away on easy back roads. It is really close to Disney and only half an hour from Universal. Oh and check out the new friendly and enjoyable winery near Formosa Gardens too. We would definitely recommend Sunrise Dream.

When we first arrived and opened up, there was an all round WOW !!! The villa fits with the 'Magic' of the holiday... it too is a Dream come true. It has provided everything we could possibly have needed in our first week. We have been delighted as to the villas's proximity to amenities like Publix; the restaurants of Irlo Bronson; and thanks to your short cut tips the speed of entry and exit to the parks. The pool and tub have been in use early every morning with my grandchildren in their element. Anyway back to the activities, as I said this was just a small thank you for a smashing holiday so far, and looking forward to the rest.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Sunrise Dream. It was a real Home from Home for both families with plenty of room for us to relax. The kids loved the pool & playroom and if the kids are happy the parents are too! The Villa had absolutely everything that we needed for a truly wonderful break and is in a lovely tranquil location, I wouldn't hesitate recommending to family and friends. We had 2 very minor issues (over chlorinated jacuzzi and early start to the pool heating) but both were sorted out immediately by the management company. Entering the villa was easy with all the code information supplied.The villa was very clean ,tidy and comfortable.All equipment needed was there with plenty of kitchen and cooking equipment.We have been to at least six villas over the years and this was definitely the best,everything we could ask for was there and more. On the first use of the hot tub we found the chemical fumes very strong so we contacted the management company to check it out.We met Shaun and Norma and had a good chat with them and they soon sorted out the problem.They were a very friendly an professional couple and did a good job. Absolutely loved the villa, it has to be one of the best ones we have stayed in out there - we recommended it to my brother before we even went and I believe he has booked for September. The only feedback I would have is that the blinds in the master bedroom could do with being repaired or replaced so that no light comes in. That would be the only criticism though and that was thinking really hard to come up with something! We really loved the villa and the area it was in. I reckon Charlotte and I are convinced when we go back to Florida in a couple of years that we'll be coming back to Sunrise Dream!

Thanks for your note - yes, we had an amazing holiday thank you! Your villa was very lovely and on the very few days we stayed home, we loved using the pool and hot tub. I think we need another holiday to recover though as we did 12 theme parks in 15 days, and the weather was super hot. The welcome book was amazing and your short cut suggestion saved us hours in the car, so thank you for that. We loved our theme park holiday and plan to return when Max has grown a few inches so he can go on some of the bigger thrill rides...we did manage to squeeze him in on the Tower of Terror and he loved it!

Needless to say, I sure wish we were back at your villa:). On behalf of our party of eight, we would like to say thank you very much for a glorious stay in Kissimmee. This was our first time staying in a vacation home and I can honestly say that it was the best decision ever. The kids loved everything about Florida but the favourite part of our vacation for the adults was simply relaxing in your beautiful backyard by the pool. We love a beautiful view and sunset lake certainly did not disappoint. It was gorgeous, especially during sunset!! We did contact your management company on our second day. The pool was very hot, too uncomfortable for swimming and the hot tub was not heating up. Management needed to work on the temperature control panel and it was fixed by the late afternoon. All appliances were perfect and made our stay feel just like home. The booking process was simple and all of the added information that you gave was wonderful. We would definitely stay at your home again and we would recommend it to others.

We cannot speak highly enough of your villa, it's location, the amenities and the stunning sunset view!! This was our fourth time to have stayed in a villa in the Kissimmee area and your villa was voted the best by a country mile by all the family. Should we retun again to Orlando we will definitly wish to stay at Sunrise Dream. . We found the villa spotlessly clean, and the condition of everything very good and in working order. The booking process was simple and straightforward and we really loved the lake, it made the Villa even more special.
