Exceptionally Well Furnished, Interior Designed 2 Storey Villa to rent with: Seven Bedrooms and Four and a Half Bathrooms, Game Room, Living Room, Family Room, Dining Room, Kitchen with Extended Breakfast Bar.

Bedrooms are comprised of: Two Ensuite Master King-Size rooms, Two Queen-Size rooms, and Three Twin-Size rooms.

The South-Facing Pool has been extended to 14 feet by 32 feet, there is also an extended covered lanai area to shade you from the sun, as well as a pool deck which has also been extended to 21 feet by 40 feet. The heated Spa can hold up to six persons!

Shops, Banks & Restaurants can be found on the 192 within 5 minutes drive.

Description

This house is ideal for large families or groups. With 7 bedrooms maximum of 14 people are accommodated. Though couples and smaller families do rent it too. The feedback has been they enjoy all the space.

Amenities in the villa include Wireless Broadband Internet Access, Air Conditioning, Ceiling Fans, Cable TVs, DVDs, Mini hi-fi, Full Kitchen, Hairdryer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Ice Maker, Cooking utensils provided, Linens and Towels provided, Washer, Dryer, Private Spa, Private Pool, Games Room and Loads of Baby equipment to ask for details.

Activities (on-site or nearby): Bike Hire, Golf, Tennis, Fitness Center, Miniature Golf, Amusement Parks, Horseback Riding, Shopping, Restaurants, Cinemas, Sightseeing.

The clubhouse also has: Shared Sauna, DSL Wireless Access, Cyber Cafe, Beach Volleyball, Tennis Courts, Fitness Centre, Nature Trail, Concierge Service, Tiki Bar, 2 Children's Play Areas, 2 shared Pools and 2 shared Spas. Club House and resort facilities are included within the price of this villa.

All bedrooms have Cable TV and clock radios. Family room has 75 inch wide-screen HD Cable TV, Video and DVD. The game room has a TV and PlayStation II with the latest games as well as an 8 foot Pool Table and Ping Pong Table. A selection of books and DVDs are also provided for your enjoyment. There is also a hi-fi in the living room.

Sorry, but we do not allow Smoking in our Villa due to allergies this includes vaping. The pool area can be used for Smoking ashtrays can be found in the pantry. We also do not allow Pets or BBQs.

The downstairs of the house can be accessed by a wheelchair person.

A safety fence surrounds the pool area for your child’s safety in mind. There also door alarms to detect opening and closing of the patios doors. With safety in mind, our home is protected by ADT alarm system. Children have to be supervised in the pool area at all times.

Our management company is not too far away and is contactable 24 hours a day if you have any problems.
