"Today is our last day at this beautiful and comfortable home and we are sitting here by the pool reminiscing about our wonderful 4 week stay. This is definitely one of the best vacation homes we have ever stayed at, so welcoming, tastefully decorated, very clean, very nice pool and located in a quiet, safe and friendly neighborhood. It is equipped with so many things, even more than one would expect at a rental home. The canal in the back of the house adds such a great touch with the occasional jumping fish and the birds. Our stay has been amazing, not only the relaxation and the enjoyment of this home and great pool, but the adventures out and about because this home is located very close to bike and walk paths, beaches, golf courses, great restaurants, parks, and more. We look forward to being able to come back. The owners are a delight to work with and made our stay a fantastic experience.

THE HIDDEN GEM OF FLORIDA
Rotonda is just waiting for you to discover it!
Perfectly situated between the main cities of Sarasota to the north & Naples to the south. Locally it sits between Englewood and Port Charlotte.
The area is a Deed Restricted Nature Conservation Area filled amazing wildlife, intersecting canals/ waterways and championship golf courses.
Voted ‘Best Place to live in the South’ for many years due to the consistently excellent weather, availability of leisure and arts pursuits, the economy and the low crime rates.

GOLF COURSES
With more than 30 courses in the area, ranging from executive to championship level, you can easily tell why they call it Golfers Paradise.
You certainly will have no problem finding a place to practice your swing.
The villa is a 5 minute drive from 5 local golf clubs however the closest one is Long Marsh Golf Club.

BEACHES
The Gulf Coast is home to many beautiful and award winning beaches - 28 miles of them in fact including the exclusive Boca Grande beach on Gasparilla Island.
Young and old will enjoy dolphin watching, shell collecting, watching the sun-rise / set or simply eating freshly caught fish at the excellent beachfront restaurants.

* Our home is a no smoking & no pets property
* The fishing dock seen in some of the property photos is currently out of use due to damage incurred during the hurricane (hoping to be fixed Oct 2025) - all other aspects of the house have been fully restored

Our villa is maintained by a local Management Company who we've been using for many years. They are on hand for any emergencies and can assist you, should you require any extra help.

We had 2 wonderful stays this year. Any communication with Victoria (Owner) was responded to quickly. We spent a lot of time in the pool and lanai areas with nice views of the canal. Everything was good indoors and no issues with appliances etc. Went for walks almost every day and the people we encountered were friendly. The area is very quiet. Many good restaurants not too far away. Enjoyed things so much we’ve already booked to come back!

The home is completely relaxing and beautiful. Located in a quiet area of Rotonda. We golfed and viewed the area with a short visit from our daughter and family. Best Dolphin trip was on a boat from Englewood Beach. Home has everything you need and more. Lots of information for things to do. Read previous guests comments to see other things to do and see. "What can we say??!!! Villa is absolutely stunning. Location, location, location!! Well worth the drive from Orlando. Birds, raccoons, gators and fish all watched every day from the fishing dock and the pool. Shopping at Ellenton Mall is equal to the shopping at Orlando. Port Charlotte is great, the beaches at Englewood and Boca Grande (especially) all stunning and equal to any Caribbean beaches we’ve been to.
