4 Bedroom 3 bathroom villa with 2,200 sq ft of luxury accommodation. Private not overlooked pool area. Heated (if required) pool is 30 ft long and south-facing.

Lindfields is off highway 192 with numerous restaurants close by. Disney is only 4 miles away with Universal only a 30 minute drive.

The property backs onto conservation woodland so has a relaxed feel around the pool.

The villa is single storey, therefore very accessible to wheelchairs and pushchairs and includes 2 large sitting rooms, 4 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is a formal dining area and also a breakfast sitting area alongside the kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a fully equipped laundry room.

Description

Lindfields is an established development situated along Highway 192 just 4 miles from Disney. It has always been a sought after area.

Our villa backs onto conservation woodland so is not overlooked.

The pool is 30ft long and is 6ft at the deep end. In the pool area are 6 loungers, 9 chairs and 2 tables.

We offer free telephone calls to US and Canada landlines and cellphones and to UK landlines and also free wireless internet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher and microwave. There are plenty of glasses, cups, plates, cutlery and cooking utensils.

The utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer and iron/ironing board.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, the second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the other 2 bedrooms have 2 twin beds.

There are 3 bathrooms. The master bathroom is en-suite to the master bedroom and has a wc, twin washbasins, a large bath and a large walk-in shower. The second bathroom has a wc, bath/shower and a single basin and the third bathroom has a wc, shower and single washbasin.

The front sitting room has ample seating for 6 and the family room has seating for 8. In the family room are a TV, DVD and video. We have decided to limit the number of TVs in the villa. There are only 2, one in the family sitting room, which is a 47" LCD and one in the master bedroom. In the front sitting room is a TV that is used only for a Nintendo GameCube or DVDs. We do have a selection of games.

(Please note for UK visitors UK games do not work on any US games console and likewise, US games do not work on UK ones.)

The formal dining room seats 6 comfortably and the breakfast area seats 4.

There are 2 cots and a highchair for the convenience for our younger guests.

The villa also has a CD/radio.

There is also a gas BBQ.

Rental rates (per week - for the home - NOT per person)

Rental rates notes

Pool heating costs GB£75 (US$110) per week.

Final cleaning is free for stays of 6 days or more, for 2-3 days the cost is GB£60 (US$90) and for stays of 4-5 days it is GB£ 30 (US$45).

We give a discount for stays over 2 weeks.
