We have had the pleasure of staying in this home for the past two years, six weeks at a time and are returning in 2025! The home is located in an area that is easily accessible to grocery shopping. A quick route to Irlo Bronson (192) will bring you to many restaurants and attractions. In a great neighbourhood for walking, parks for your kiddos, a pickleball and basketball court. The home is clean, comfortable and easily accommodates 8 people with 2.5 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. Three bedrooms are located on the second level and a large master bedroom with full bathroom on the main floor. Perfect if just a couple or a family. There is a powder room located near the front door, easy access from the pool. The owner is committed to maintaining the home, evident by updated kitchen, updates to the two main bathrooms, new patio doors, and a new roof. The enclosed pool and spa with a covered area is great for enjoying meals outside. The property manager is easily reached for any questions you may have, as well, the owner called to check to see if there was anything we needed while staying on the property. A nice villa located on a large but quiet "village" within a larger than usual plot. The villa provided a perfect base for 2 adults and 2 teenage children (who require a room each). Lots of space (never used the dining room due to tables and chairs in the kitchen area), lovely pool with a shaded area and all the necessary appliances in the kitchen. 7Eleven at the end of the estate, wlamart, publix and many others within 10-12 minute drive. Theme parks are about 15 miles away(Seaworld/Aquatica/Universal/Volcano Bay) but easy roads to negotiate the get there. Will return on our next visit in 2025.

We had the pleasure of staying in this villa for 3 weeks. There was only 4 of us so we had lots of space. The beds were very comfortable and it is extremely well equipped with all the home comforts you could want. The pool area was very nice and the neighbourhood was very friendly and safe. Great location as long as you have a car to get to Disney and universal. Thanks for letting us stay, we hope to return again one day!

We have been visiting Orlando since 2008 and this villa is the best from the ones we stayed. All the facilities are excellent and in addition the service from the local management is great. We had difficulty in operating the key lock box and Suzanne came right way to show us how it worked. Mark is very honest & trustworthy and I found it very easy dealing with him. Keep it up folks.

Recently stayed here for 3 weeks with my family of 5. Plenty of room facilities in the villa are more than you would need. My children of course loved the pool area which was nice and relaxing after busy day at Disney parks. The area of crescent lakes was very peaceful, quiet and very beautiful. The owner Mark kept in touch making sure everything went pleasantly. I only met Peter from management team on last day or 2 of holiday which of course tells that I had no need to contact them as there were no problems at all with this beautiful villa.

Stayed here for two weeks in march/April with my son, mum and brother. It was my sons 13th birthday while we were out there and we had the best time, staying in such a lovely villa, it was just perfect for us. My son loved the pool and was in it most of the time, it was very private and secluded (except for a few lizards and frogs :) ) The villa was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Mark was brilliant when my mum asked him anything on email, very helpful, and the villa manager Suzanne was lovely too, even helping us out when we needed something to light my sons birthday cake! The villa wasn’t too far from anything, 30mins from all main attractions. Would absolutely recommend staying here and will hopefully come back again one day. Our stay was wonderful. Both the owner and the management company were brilliant - they responded quickly to all our questions. We had a great stay! This was our second trip back to the Villa. We traveled with a large group and the house offered us more than enough room. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were 4 kids in our party and the pool was perfect. The TV offered Netflix which our kids enjoy late at night before bed. The house is located far enough away from the busy life on the 192, but not to far away that you can't enjoy the shopping, dining and nightlife. The house is also located in a community that feels safe. Multiple school zones close by. There is security 24/7 and the Stateside Management lives directly across the street and is available for anything on a dime! My kids enjoyed the community playground and there was a 7/11 at the entrance to Crescent Lakes. I would not hesitate to recommend this house to my friends and family (which we already have) and I certainly would not hesitate to stay again!

We have just returned from a wonderful Orlando holiday. We are a 3 generation family and all were thrilled that the Villa was everything we'd hoped it would be. I'd carefully surveyed other properties...some closer to the theme parks and soon realised that other areas were densely built on! Google Earth and street view soon convinced me that Crescent Lakes offered a more tranquil setting . We all felt immediately at home at THe Kravis's Villa . We loved the spaciousness of it and the grandchildren loved the swimming pool and spa.....and the adults too! The Villa was so well equipped and anything else we required was swiftly provided by the Managers Peter and Suzanne. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending this Villa especially to those with families. It has a homely feel, not ultra smart like some but with 3 young children we felt we could relax thoroughly and treat it like home! The building of a petrol station and small store on the boulevard nearby will be a great asset but sadly not finished in time for us,! Thank you Mark Kravis too for your swift replies to any queries we had , We really felt confident that we'd made the right choice of choosing your Villa under the Rainbow!

Our holiday in Orlando was wonderful, and we will be back in the future and hopefully get to re-book with Mark & Ursula!. We had a wonderful stay in your villa, the location is great in a quiet residential area. and just a short drive to the local amenities. It was the first time we had stayed this side of the I-4, but the roads seemed to be less congested and the parks were within easy reach. Villa was fully very comfortable and well equipped, the rooms were spacious and well kept. Will not hesitate in returning to this villa for our next trip to Orlando!

This villa is gorgeous! It is well maintained and furnished to suit all needs. The neighborhood is quiet and gives all opportunity for relaxation. Walmart is not far off as well as so many attractions. This has just gone on my list of yearly trips! Mark was great and very accommodating.

Just got back from staying at Mark and Ursula’s villa. It’s a really lovely home with everything you could want. If you did need any help it was just a free phone call and help was across the road. I stayed with my daughter in law and two grandchildren, 2 1/2 years and 11 weeks old. There was a cot, high hair, stair gate etc blow up rings in pool. Tv’s in all bedrooms and lounge with a really good selection of programs and free films. It was a really quick and easy drive to parks/shopping. We are looking to go back next year but for longer. The booking process was very easy and Mark always replied very quickly. Highly recommend this lovely home ??

Not sure where to start on this great house and ammenities. They were better than excellent, but the most impressive part of our stay was the responsiveness of Mark, the home owner. I have been emailing him since we booked in January and I never waited more than a day for a response (to one of my many detailed questions) and most times it was a matter of hours. When we got to the house we were so pleasantly surprised with the layout that worked perfectly for my family with plenty of room for all to have their space. The kitchen was very well stocked with any type of cooking item needed to prepare any meal. There was plenty of dishes to accommodate 2 familys without having to run the dishwasher or wash dishes constantly. The pool area was perfect and the pool itself is the perfect size to cool off or to swim with small ones just learning. Do yourself a favor and consider this house and this home owner for your vacation stay. The fact that he always asnwered my many many questions (from where's a playground, how to get to closest shopping possibilities, where to go out, what beds are in what rooms,etc) is so impressive to us. This is a perfect house for a large group with all the ammenities you need. Washer and dryer worked great, the mattresses on the beds were very good. Everyone slept well, none of the normal tossing and turning on uncomfortable mattresses away from home and because it was so perfect for my family, it was already our third stay in Mark's vacation villas, for the first time in this house and two times in smaller house Again, thank you, Mark, for the amazing stay!

Just spent a couple of weeks at Mark's home. With a car location is fine. Everything you would want in the house. Major plus is owner Mark who hands on service is excellent. The management in Florida by Peter is second to none. One night iron failed, called Peter and within a hour new iron delivered to house. We had a great time and would return.

From the property perspective and the support received from mark this place is top notch Clean, modern and well equipped we loved it Only 1 word of caution here would be the traffic and commuting to the main attractions in Kissimmee and Orlando Between 7-10 in the morning and 3-7 in the evening the traffic is horrific getting from the house up to 192 Should only take 20 mins but some days it took 45 mins to get to Disney and even an hour to get to universal studios Other than that can't recommend this property enough

We stayed at this amazing location during the first week of MLB Spring Training 2017. There was nothing more that we could ask for. We were travelling with an infant, 2 yr old and 2 teens, along with 4 adults. One room catered to the kids with a sports theme and one room was set up with a beautiful crib. Baby gates were provided along with a high chair. the setup was perfect. its a 2 level home, so the baby was in a quiet area at night, away from the older kids in the pool. Private pool was nice and the living room was perfect space for the little ones to play and watch cartoons. Distance from HWY 192 was far enough that the hustle and bustle of the busy roadways were not heard! The area had a few playgrounds within walking distance and our 2 yr old loved it. There was a Family Dollar close by for any little things we needed. The area management were just seconds away when we has questions and it made our stay feel safe and secure. We will definitely be back!
