We had a great 3 week stay in the Villa.It was the perfect location for our trip with easy access to I4 and Highway 27.The villa was clean tidy and well equipped ,my family enjoyed the pool and games room.I will definitely be staying again on my next Florida vacation .

We have just retururned from 2 weeks in this wonderful villa. It is in an excellent location and easily reached off the main highways. It is big, bright and roomy and comes with many extras which any family would enjoy including multiple TVs , games consoles, arcade games, pool, bar football. It literally has everything you would need for the perfect holiday. There are also strollers etc although we did not need these. The pool is lovely and so warm it was hard to get out once in. We looked at many villas before booking this one and this was amongst the best but at a much better price. Lovely quiet location. Noreen, the owner is very pleasant and easy to deal with and answered all queries with the booking process promptly. I would highly recommend this Villa to you for your Florida holiday. Marie

Lovely comfortable home with all you could need for a family holiday. We identified a very minor issues on arrival, that were resolved immediately once we notified Noreen. Pool heating was brilliant for small children, kitchen was equipped with everything needed. Plenty of towels supplied. We could not find any faults with our stay at this villa. I have since recommended this home to friends.

We stayed here over Christmas 2019. When we arrived at the villa it was spotlessly clean and Noreen had gone out of her way to put up a Christmas tree and set a beautiful Christmas Dining table for us, which was so lovely. The villa is close to all the Theme parks and easy to get to any destination. The kids loved the games room and the pool. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to friends and family, it was fantastic.

As a family, we have stayed in Florida Ridge Villa once before and we knew we just had to stay here again if we returned to Florida! Our trip was a lot sooner than we thought, in fact, just a little over a year later. So we got in touch Noreen and we booked three weeks for end of July into August of this year. So here are a few things we’d like to let you know about... 1. The accommodation is immaculate in both it’s décor and it’s cleanliness. It’s very well looked after and Noreen has made and is making improvements to the villa year on year. 2. It is very well equipped and had everything we needed for the three weeks we were there. This includes a very large fridge freezer, dish washer, microwave, kettle, and laundry facilities. 3. The beds are incredibly comfortable and we had a perfect sleep every single night, which was amazing as both myself and my husband have back problems and struggle to find anywhere that allows us a great nights rest. 4. Security is important, particularly when leaving your mother-in-law on her own whilst the family go out to the parks for the day. The alarm system and locks are very secure and easy to use, making you feel safe when you’re on your own. 5. The location is fantastic, being just minutes away from supermarkets, gas stations, the I-4 and local cinemas and restaurants. It’s not very far from the major parks as long as you keep an eye on when traffic is heavy. 6. We really enjoyed our time in the pool. It is a lovely area to enjoy quality time with your family or some peaceful alone time with a book in the jacuzzi (which is sometimes necessary when on holiday with your mother-in-law)!! To summarize, our holiday in Florida Ridge Villa was just as good as the first time we stayed and will definitely be booking again on our next visit to Florida!

It was a real pleasure to stay at the Sandy Ridge Community, My Family and I really enjoyed our stay which had all the comforts of home. i would mention that if you plan on visiting Disney during your vacation it's worth while to uber to Disney world or use available car service, after a day in the park i wanted to be driven back lol . I look forward to staying in the near future.

we found Noreen a pleasure to deal with. very quick to respond to any queries we had. the villa was very clean, lovely pool, tvs with netflix in all rooms, which was handy to keep our son happy in the evenings. location was great. champions gate only 10 mins away, and theme parks 30-40mins depending on traffic. would absolutely stay there again.

We are extremely happy with this property.The owner has spent a lot of time and effort to provide everything needed for a great vacation. It is very nicely decorated and as pictured on the websites.The kitchen has everything you need plus .There is a lot of attention to detail . We are a retired couple here for several weeks and with grandkids coming to visit..we have all the bedrooms and bathrooms we need plus the games room plus all the movies and games...grandkid heaven..close to Disneyland and Universal. The south facing screened in pool is lovely ,well cared for and sparkling clean.We are enjoying breakfast by the pool every morning and with the lighting we and no bugs we can sit and read and enjoy the night air and stars. Great quiet neighbor but only minutes to restaurants and shopping.This is our first time in the area and we love it. We travel a lot..and appreciate it when we find a great property and are happy to recommend it. Thank you Noreen

We are a retired couple from Canada and very happy with our choice. A nicely decorated home,very comfortable and welcoming.The kitchen is well equipped and very clean and organized. Lots of room ,the master bedroom is spacious and comfortable and lots of bathrooms. The owner has gone out of her way to provide lots of entertainment with movies and CD plus a games room. The screened in pool is wonderful,with lots of room for lounging.We have been able to have breakfast by the pool every day...a great way to start the day. Everything we need is just a few minutes driving and some excellent restaurants. This is an all round great property, a great choice.We will be back.

We are a family with 2 grown boys, we stayed here for 18 nights in June and had a wonderful time. The villa had everything that we needed, decent sized pool area & lovely spa. We found the location was great for our needs, plenty of places to eat locally & good access to the main roads. Noreen was great to deal with, everything was very straight forward, 5 stars from us and would definitely go back!!

5 stars from me!! We recently had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful villa. Communication with both the owner and management company was excellent. We had tickets to some of the local parks but spent a lot less time there than planned due to how nice the villa and private pool were! We can't wait to go back - this is definitely our new favorite place in Orlando!! Luke

Fantastic correspondence from Noreen from booking the villa right up to our arrival and departure from the villa. Excellent location.
