Sunseekers Villa is set over 2500 sq. ft. and includes four luxury bedrooms, three bathrooms, two magnificent lounges, south-facing private pool, beautiful tropical landscaped gardens, games room, HDTV's, free internet, and only 15 minutes away from Disney World....

At the heart of the home is the fully equipped kitchen. Whether you are preparing a light lunch or snack you will remain included in the fun.

The open concept kitchen and dining area with seating for six people at the table and four additional bar stools at the breakfast bar extends to a lounge area with huge comfy sofas and a 60" HDTV with over 250 channels including Fox sports which covers UK live premier football matches.

Child safety alarmed patio doors provides access from the kitchen to the swimming pool and gardens

exceptionally private south facing pool with extended deck area. You will benefit from not being overlooked plus you will find additional 'Florida privacy screening' to both sides of the pool area for total seclusion.

The Luxurious Master Suite and Queen Suite both have walk-in closets and full ensuite bathrooms, with a large soaker tub in the Master suite.

LOCATION!

Located approximately 6 miles (11km) south of Walt Disney World, Windwood Bay is a beautiful community surrounded by conservation land and wetlands with a mix of residential and vacation rental homes. Champions Gate with its superb golfing facilities also encompasses 2 championship golf courses designed by Greg Norman and is only a 2-minute drive away. Publix supermarket, gas station, Walgreens pharmacy, restaurants and stores are also a 2-minute drive away. Walt Disney World is a 15-minute drive from the community. Universal Studios and Sea world are within 25 minutes. Easy access to the I4 with its links to the Gulf coast, Space coast and airports.

Rental rates notes

The Rates listed below includes all taxes and cleaning fee for stays of 7 days or more.

Stays for less than 7 days will be charged an additional $125 cleaning fee.

Pool Heat: Optional but recommend October to April @ $155.00 per week

Deposit: Non-refundable deposit of 25% of total booking price payable on return of booking form.

Payment either by PayPal, or Bank transfer
