We are a family our four us and our two girls, who love going to Florida. We have been going for over twenty years and loved it so much we decided to by our own home there.Even though the girls are older now we all still love being there.

The Orange Tree community nestles in an area of beautiful orange groves and offers a tennis court, basketball court, large football field, and children's play areas, which are all located within a short walking distance from the house. Shops, restaurants, and supermarkets are only a few minutes drive away.

Description

We are located in the newly-built, prestigious Orange Tree community of Orlando, eight miles from the Disney Parks and ideally situated for the many first class golf courses and other attractions that Orlando has to offer. The Orange Tree community nestles in an area of beautiful orange groves and offers a tennis court, basketball court, large football field, and children's play areas, which are all located within a short walking distance from the house. Shops, restaurants, and supermarkets are only a few minutes drive away.



Our recently built villa backs onto a conservation area of fragrant pine trees and is not overlooked at the rear by any other properties. The fantastic layout of this villa allows the majority of the rooms to open out onto the fully screened, large, pool deck which has a removable child protection fence around the optionally heated pool and spa (recommended October to March). The pool deck is fitted with lighted ceiling fans, for those balmy evenings, sun loungers and table and chairs.



We have invested in an extension to the pool deck to ensure all day sunshine and a spa so that our guests can enjoy the ultimate luxury whilst relaxing in the sun.



As you enter the house, to the left is the FORMAL DINING AREA, which looks out on to the front of the villa. The first living room comprises a sofa bed, another two-seater sofa, armchair, and coffee table and looks over the pool through a side window.



The KITCHEN is fully equipped with all modern facilities. To the side of the kitchen is the utility room with washing and drying facilities (which also leads into the garage).



The NOOK has a smaller dining table and chairs. With the double doors opening on to the pool, this is an idyllic area for breakfast and lunch, an awesome start to the day. All patio doors are child alarmed for safety.



THE FAMILY ROOM is fully carpeted and equipped with 50-inch LED TV, DVD player, and a CD/radio. There is a ceiling fan for added comfort and another set of double doors which lead out onto the patio and pool.



THE FIRST MASTER BEDROOM has a large US king size bed with Luxurious pillow top mattress, two night stands, a clock radio, and a 32 inch LED TV. There are double patio doors which lead out onto the covered porch overlooking the pool. There is a beautiful view over the pine trees, what a sight to wake up to. There is a walk-in closet, which leads you through to the en suite bathroom, which has a fantastic extra-large shower, his-and-hers vanity units, Roman tub, and separate toilet cubicle.



THE SECOND MASTER BEDROOM has a luxury pillow top US queen mattress,clock radio, LED cable TV, walk-in closet, and a fantastic view over the pine trees.It has recently been remodeled in a contemporary style with coordinating fabrics. The en suite shower room with vanity unit has a door which opens out on to the pool deck.



THERE ARE TWO FURTHER BEDROOMS, with Twin beds, one is a custom themed 'MICKEY' bedroom with unique mural. These two rooms have large walk-in closets, LED cable TV's and share an adjacent bathroom.



We are also close to the National training center in Clermont.

Low season prices from $1330.00 / £1106.00 per week.

Peak season prices from $1820.00 / £1512.00 per week.

Rental rates notes

Optional pool and spa heating is £24 /$32 per day

Optional spa heat only is £13 /$18 per day

A cleaning fee £120/165 is required.

The fully refundable security deposit is £250 /$400

Home from Home in Orlando

The House was a hit from start to finish - the accommodation was spacious and in first class order. The pool, spa and games room added to its charm and a hit with the kids and adults. The location in relation to Disney Parks was ideal with easy access via Western Way. Close to Supermarkets and Restaurants on Highway 27 and 192 making it an ideal location. Highly recommended.

Thank you for your great review. We always aim to keep the house in "first class Order" , which is one reasons why we have so many return guests.
As you say we are close to the new Disney entrance, which cuts out a lot of the traffic that can build up at the old entrance to get you to the parks quicker.

A great home, with all facilities plus plenty to do on your "days off" from the theme parks - games room with pool, table football & air hockey, plus the pool with jacuzzi. Good location on Route 27 just North of the 192 with nearby restaurants. Kids loved it. We loved it.

Have recently returned from 2 1/2 week stay. The villa was huge with great pool and jacuzzi situated in a quiet peaceful neighbourhood, with a pleasant view.
The villa was clean with everything provided for a family holiday.
Great location near to huge local supermarket for any essentials and close to Disney attractions.
A fantastic holiday had by all. Home from home.

A great find for our family holiday. The kids enjoyed the games room and the pool and we loved the two master suites. The house is perfect for a large family of adults and their families.
